John McNulty brings over 40 years of success in the technology industry having held leadership positions including General Manager, Senior VP, President, CEO and Chairman of companies in the software, semi-conductor, hardware, networking, and communications industries. Most recently, for the nine years from mid 1999 to 2008, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of Secure Computing Corporation, a NASDAQ company acquired in November 2008 by McAfee Corporation. Before joining Secure Computing, Mr. McNulty served for two years as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Services and Business Development at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., a leading independent software company in computer telephony integration acquired by Acatel. Prior to Genesys, Johns experience includes two distinguished four-year careers at Intel Corporation, where he was General Manager of Memory and Micro Systems as well as being the individual who established their Enterprise Systems Division.
Executive Chairman and CEO, Andrew “Flip” Filipowski, is one of the world’s most successful high-tech entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and industry visionaries. The former COO of Cullinet, the largest software company of the 1980’s, was also the founder and CEO of PLATINUM technology, inc. Flip grew PLATINUM into the 8th largest software company in the world at the time of its sale to Computer Associates for $4 billion dollars, the largest such transaction for a software company at the time. Upside Magazine named him one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Information Technology. A recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year Awards from both Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch, Flip has also been awarded the Young President’s Organization Legacy Award and the Anti-Defamation League’s Torch of Liberty award for his work fighting hate on the Internet.
Doug Laux joined InterAct in January 2010, and is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including finance, reporting and accounting. Mr. Laux spent the first 20 years of his career with Ernst and Young, the last 9 as a partner in the Chicago office.
He has extensive financial management experience with both public and private companies, including IPO experience as the CFO and COO of Platinum Entertainment, a NASDAQ listed music company he helped take public in 1996. Mr. Laux also has significant turn around, M&A, fund raising and SEC reporting and compliance experience, having been the CFO of several public and private companies, including ANC Rental Corporation the former $2.5 billion parent of Alamo and National Car Rental Companies. He also served as the CFO of EaglePicher, a $900 million diversified manufacturing company, and as CFO of Remy International, a $1.3 billion automotive supplier during their respective restructurings.
Mr.
Matthew Roszak is a co-founder of SilkRoad and oversees its corporate development activities including strategy, alliances, acquisitions and financings. Mr. Roszak is also managing partner of SilkRoad Equity LLC a private investment firm. Prior to SilkRoad, Mr. Roszak served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Divine, inc. (NASDAQ: DVIN), an enterprise software firm. Previously, Mr. Roszak was a principal with Advent International and Keystone Capital Partners. During his career, Mr.Roszak has invested and managed in excess of $500 million of equity capital in a broad range of industries, and has experience in executing a broad scope of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; corporate and transactional financing, including private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and conventional financings; public offerings, private placements and financial restructurings.
Mr. Forster is a former managing director of the Internet Capital Group, headquartered in Wayne, PA. He has over 40 years of sales, marketing, and general management experience in the information technology industry, most recently as the CEO and Chairman of CommerceQuest, Inc., a private technology company located in Tampa, FL.
Mike began his career with IBM, then moved to the international arena with Computervision, living in Europe for three years. He then successfully led two private companies as CEO and President, with an intervening stint as SVP of Worldwide Field Operations for Sybase, Inc.
In 1998, Mike joined the Internet Capital Group as a Managing Director and has served on numerous private company boards over the past 10 years.
Mike resides in his home town of Louisville, MS, and is active in civic affairs and political affairs in both his community and state. He is an avid pilot with nearly 2000 hours of time in the cockpit.
