Sid Probstein is the Chief Technology Officer of Attivio, responsible for product & technology strategy, implementation and delivery.
Sid has over 20 years of experience in managing R&D organizations and delivering award-winning, high-value enterprise software and solutions.
Previously, he was CTO at GetConnected, Inc. (GCi), a market-leading transaction processing platform enabling the sale of digital services.
He was also Vice President of Technology at Fast Search & Transfer, a global enterprise search company that is now part of Microsoft Corporation. Prior to Fast, Sid was Vice President of Engineering at Northern Light Technology, where he was responsible for production of the first enterprise version of the search engine.
He also served as Director of Software Engineering at Freemark Communications, and a Principal Architect/System Manager at John Hancock Financial Services.
Alan Cooke is Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Attivio, responsible for finance, legal, human resources, and operations.
Alan was formerly Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where he worked as an equity research analyst covering the enterprise software industry, including such companies as Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Salesforce.com, Sybase, Lawson and Informatica.
Previously, Alan held business development, strategic planning, and operations management positions at Oracle.
He has also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as an attorney at Macdonald Affleck.
Alan earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA from the University of Ottawa. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the state of New York.
MaryAnne is Senior Vice President of Marketing at Attivio, responsible for branding, corporate communications, product marketing and lead development.
MaryAnne has extensive technology marketing and branding experience, having previously worked as Vice President of Marketing at GetConnected, Inc. (GCi), a market-leading transaction processing platform enabling the sale of digital services.
Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing for COMDEX and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at IDC, where she worked for 15 years.

In his early career, Joel founded and operated MP General Inc., a value activation hedge fund acquired by Proventus AB. In addition to his role on the Attivio board, he has been the Chairman and a Director of several public and private companies in Europe and the United States, and currently serves on the board of Communications Capital Group and Symbius Medical. In addition to his corporate engagements, Joel is actively involved in not-for-profit institutions and several educational organizations.

Ifty Ahmed, General Partner, joined Oak in Jan 2003 and he currently focuses on investing across the technology sector with an active interest in Consumer Internet and Communication Services sectors.
