Having been through the Great Recession, we know that the real estate market is cyclical and is prone to erratic market variations. However, there is one real estate sector that seems to grow, year-in and year-out, regardless of the fluctuation of property values—Property Management (IBIS). Why? Because regardless of whether the real estate market is booming or busting, more than 1/3 of the nation’s population (that’s 100+ million) are renters, and many of the owners of these properties need knowledgeable and adept property management services.
That’s where the PMI franchise network comes in. Through highly refined and proprietary property management systems and software solutions, we are providing exactly what many of the nation’s 200,000+ property management companies need to quickly, efficiently and seamlessly catapult them ahead of their competition.
