After graduating with an MSc in signal processing Tony has worked in the development of complex products in a diverse range of industries including defence, industrial, telecoms and medical.
Tony joined ALU in 1992 (then AT&T) and spent 10 years in GSM standards, fixed wireless and 3G systems and network engineering before leaving in 2001 to lead the development of disruptive technologies in a number of start up companies.These included a broadband wireless mesh system, genetic algorthm based telecoms network planning tools, inventory system migration and a networked diabetes management system.
Tony returned to Alcatel-Lucent in January 2013 to lead R&D in the video business.
Andrew joined Velocix in July 2011 from Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to Velocix, Andy was the Strategic Pricing & Licensing Director within the Alcatel-Lucent Wireless Networks Product Division where he was responsible for setting up innovative and unique commercial pricing strategies tailored for specific customers and opportunities for all wireless technologies.
Previously, Andy held a number of management roles including Senior Manager of the Advanced Tendering Team in the newly merged Alcatel-Lucent, prior to the merger he held a number of wireless pre sales roles as well as leading the UMTS Portfolio Strategy and Business planning team.
Andrew started his career serving for 12 years as a Telecoms Technician in the British Army Royal Corps of Signals. After leaving the Army, Andy joined Motorola in 1992 working in various Product Management roles.
Peter joined Velocix from Alcatel-Lucent immediately after completion of the acquisition. Prior to Velocix, Peter contributed to the strategy group for Internet Protocol Division (IPD) at Alcatel Lucent where he was jointly responsible for the initiative which led to the Acquisition of Velocix.
Since, 2001 Peter has held a number of product strategy, product management, architecture, Technical pre-sales and solution deployment roles at iMagicTV, Alcatel and Alcatel Lucent.
Peter started his career as a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant at a Cambridge based computer company, and has progressed his Telecommunications and Media career through Ionica and BskyB in the UK . Peter is based out of Cambridge, UK

Paul joined Velocix from Alcatel-Lucent shortly after completion of the acquisition. Prior to Velocix, Paul headed up the Next Generation Mobile Access Unit within Alcatel-Lucent’s Wireless Networks Product Division where he was responsible for the management, development and delivery of LTE and WiMAX product lines.
Previously, Paul has held an number of product strategy & offer management, systems engineering and development positions including Vice President W-CDMA Business Development & Strategy and Director of UMTS Portfolio Management for Lucent Technologies’ Mobility Solutions Group.
Paul started his career in software development and pre/post Sales Support with Cray Communications and joined Lucent Technologies in 1996 to work on spread spectrum based systems. Paul is based out of Cambridge, UK and holds a first class degree in Electronics from the University of Durham, England
