Glen Kazerman
Glen Kazerman is a senior professional with more than 20 years experience in the area of sales, marketing and business development, largely in technology and services industries. He has a proven record in sales, marketing and market development using strong business, entrepreneurial and technical skills. Glen has demonstrated success where performance resulted in successful initial public offerings and the sale and acquisition of several companies.
Glen most recently was a senior vice president and founder of Broadmargin. Responsible for business development, marketing and corporate development, he founded and developed Broadmargins approach to the telecom cost management marketplace, including its unique flexible delivery platform.
Glen has extensive experience helping market-leading, fast-growing companies realize financial value and maximize telecom services to meet business goals.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Finn
Chris Finn leads our global operations including product development, professional services, support, and IT. In this role, he has end-to-end responsibility for the delivery and support of our client solutions and is charged with expanding our SaaS and managed services offerings to help our clients achieve maximum business benefit from their relationship with Telarix.
Chris has over 20 years of professional services and telecom industry experience with a track record of growing businesses and spearheading large organizations and initiatives. Prior to joining Telarix in 2010, he was an Executive Partner in Accentures Communications & High Tech client group leading a practice focused on the design and implementation of advanced carrier services and platforms.
Chief Technology Officer
Shawn Zargham
Shawn Zargham is responsible for the technological vision and overall product development of the company. Shawn has over 15 years of professional experience in both business and scientific software applications. His previous experience as a research faculty member at Yale University has enabled him to successfully lead Telarix’s research and development efforts to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for the carrier industry. He obtained his BS in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and his PhD in Plasma Physics from the School of Electrical Engineering of Cornell University.

Tim Walther
Tim Walther is responsible for all aspects of the companys worldwide financial operations and brings over 20 years of experience to the position. Tim joined Telarix in 2010, as the corporate controller, overseeing all aspects of accounting and finance. During his career, Tim has held senior positions at numerous technology firms, including serving as Controller of Intellitactics, Inc., a security software company. While at Intellitactics, Tim helped grow the companys revenue significantly, leading to the successful sale of the company. Previously, Tim was the Director of Accounting for CareerBuilder.com and Director of Accounting for Sterling Softwares Network Management Division. During his tenure at Sterling Software, Tim help successfully plan and absorb several acquisitions into the operations of the company. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Vic Bozzo
With over 20 years experience in selling solutions to carriers on a global basis, Vic Bozzo is responsible for leading Telarixs global strategy, marketing and communications functions at Telarix. Vic has been instrumental in the creation and growth of several successful communications and technology companies.
Prior to joining Telarix, as President and General Manager of Pac-West’s Emerging Technologies division, Vic oversaw the sales and marketing divisions ensuring the companys expansion of services to further underscore their role as the preeminent network and service enabler for carriers of communication services providers. Vic served as CEO of Factor Communications, where under his leadership the company successfully brought to market an innovative portfolio of cloud-based communications services. He also led diverse executive sales and general management teams at NexTone Communications, ITXC Corporation, Voxware, and Marshall Industries.

Chuck Parrish
Chuck Parrish manages the implementation services for Telarix which maintains and services all of customers’ implementation projects. Chuck is a seasoned veteran of the telecommunications industry who brings the customer’s perspective having previously worked as BellSouth International’s Director of Billing and Business Systems and at Trescom International where he was responsible for supporting all aspects of the wholesale and retail market segments. Additionally, he spent over eleven years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in both the managerial and technical roles among various locations.
Chuck obtained his BS in Systems and Data Processing from William Jewell College.

Jeffrey Meskin
Jeffrey Meskin is a Principal of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Capital Partners and a Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners III, L.P. He is actively involved in sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. Jeff is a director on the Board of Directors of Long Lines, LLC, BarrierSafe Solutions International, Inc., Durcon Laboratory Tops, Inc., Reveal Imaging Technologies, Inc. and Tower Ventures, LLC. Previously, Mr. Meskin served as Director of Telecommunications Investment Banking at Morgan Keegan & Company where he completed over 25 transactions for middle market communications companies. Mr. Meskin began his career with Coopers & Lybrand.
He received a JD from Fordham University School of Law in 1995 and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin in 1992.

Jeanne-Pierre Paquin
Jeanne-Pierre Paquin is a Principal of Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) Capital Partners and a Co-Manager of BBH Capital Partners III, L.P. He is actively involved in sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. JP is either a director or observer on the Board of Directors of CTM Group, Inc., Durcon Laboratory Tops, Inc., Fire-Dex, LLC, Freedom Scientific Holdings, LLC, Tower Ventures, LLC and KODA Distribution Group, Inc. Mr. Paquin is also a member of the 1818 SBIC Fund Investment Committee. Mr. Paquin formerly served as non-executive Chairman of Flents Products Company, Inc.
Prior to joining BBH Capital Partners permanently in 1998, he supported BBH’s mergers and acquisitions advisory activities and the 1818 Funds’ investing activities.
Mr. Paquin graduated cum laude from Colgate University and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Douglas L. Maine
Doug Maine joined Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in 2009 as a Senior Advisor where he focuses on BBH’s Private Equity and M&A Advisory practices. Mr. Maine joined IBM in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, following a 20-year career with MCI Communication Corp., where he was CFO from 1992-1998 and President of its 14-state Southern Division from 1989-1992.
He was named General Manager of ibm.com in 2000 and in 2003, was named General Manager of IBM’s Consumer Products Industry. Mr. Maine serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Alliant Techsystems, Rockwood Holdings Corporation and BroadSoft. Mr. Maine currently serves on the Board of Long Lines, LLC, and Noble Systems Corporation which are both BBH portfolio company’s.

Charles Shufeldt
Mr. Shufeldt is a Senior Advisor to Brown Brothers Harriman & Co (BBH). He started his career in 1976 at BBH in New York, moving to Atlanta in 1984 where he joined the predecessor of SunTrust Bank to start a corporate finance business for the bank. Over the course of his 23 year career at SunTrust, Mr. Shufeldt held senior positions in corporate banking, capital markets, and investment banking. In 2003, he became Corporate EVP and head of the Corporate and Investment Banking line of business including corporate banking, investment banking, debt and equity capital. Mr. Shufeldt has served as Chairman of the District Committee 7 of the NASD and the ABA Securities Association.
He currently serves on the board of Frapag USA, a privately held real estate development company. Mr. Shufeldt is also on the board of Long Lines LLC, a BBH portfolio company.
Mark Hatam
As General Manager of iXLink, Mark is responsible for creating the vision, developing the product portfolio, ensuring optimal product positioning, and delivering innovative services for fostering collaboration amongst carriers and across the value chain. Mark joined Telarix in 2001 and was most recently Senior Vice President of Product Management. He has over 22 years of telecom and IT experience in product management and development of OSS and BSS solutions for the industry. Prior to joining Telarix, he held several senior management positions in engineering, and marketing with leading telecom carriers including MCI, Bell Atlantic, Teligent and Winstar.
Mark obtained his Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Bachelors Degree in Bioengineering from Syracuse University.
Mike Salsbury
Mike Salsbury is an attorney with nearly 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as EVP and General Counsel of MCI Communications Corp. and in private practice as a partner with Chadbourne & Parke. He has extensive litigation experience and has handled significant corporate transactions and financings, contract negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings, and antitrust and intellectual property issues. Mike is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his J.D and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Virginia.
