Prior to coming to Conclusive, Don was the founder of MarketSource, a sales-outsourcing company. He and other members of the Conclusive team grew the company from a startup position to a company with annual sales exceeding $100m in just 10 years.
Don developed go-to-market strategies for many of the Fortune 100 companies, as well as companies in the SMB space. This success was evident in the client list that trusted Don and his team to represent them in their marketplaces. Companies like IBM, HP, Nokia, Home Depot, Avaya and Apple worked with Don and his team to develop and execute their Routes to Market.
Don has also held executive-level sales, marketing and operations positions with IBM, where he rose rapidly throughout the corporate ranks during his career.

With his in-depth experience in systems, business and technology, Marks knowledge allows Conclusive to have a great advantage in understanding the business and information systems of any organization. Mark has had several positions over his career: he was the Management Information Systems director at U.S. Capital Corporation, Vice President Information Systems at Econo Lodges, Vice President and Director of Information Resources with McDevitt & Street Bovis, Executive Vice President with Quantum Management Group and Chief Information Officer with AgData.
Mark founded (1996) and was President of Synapse Technology. While at Synapse, Mark acquired LoRapp Software, Hadden and Company, Information Technology and PBI. Synapse Technology was subsequently sold to MailNet (2006) and Mark was instrumental in the mergers of Synapse with Marketing Force, MailNet Services and Conclusive Strategies.
Dave was a founding member of Spinnaker Advisors, an operations-oriented consulting firm. He has conducted numerous consulting assignments assisting a diverse group of companies with the establishment and development of global and U.S. business operations. His background includes management of marketing, distribution and manufacturing activities in over 30 countries including startups in four countries.
Prior to his consulting practice, he was with Larson-Juhl, a leader in global manufacturing and distribution of consumer products.
Jim led the operations at MarketSource a large sales-outsourcing company that focused primarily on sales with Fortune 100 companies. During his tenure, Jim played a key role in helping the company obtain unprecedented growth as it matured from a small boutique marketing company to a major service provider for HP, Nokia, IBM, John Deere, Cisco, Verizon, KPMG and many other industry-leading corporations.
Jim started his career at IBM where was responsible for many consumer and reseller marketing programs. In addition to managing and developing relationships with IBM resellers, he was responsible for establishing and managing complex sales, marketing organizations and directing new business development for the companys worldwide consumer division.
