Scott Sellers has a consistent proven track record of vision, leadership, and success in enterprise, consumer and scientific markets. Prior to co-founding Azul Systems, Scott founded 3dfx Interactive, a graphics processor company.
Scott served at 3dfx as Vice President of Engineering, CTO and as a member of the board of directors and delivered 7 award-winning products and developed 14 different chips. After a successful initial public offering, 3dfx was later acquired by NVIDIA Corporation.
Dan Murray has over 25 years of finance and operational experience in a broad range of medical device and technology companies, from small start-up organizations to large, multinational, public corporations. His experience includes venture capital and debt financing, initial public offerings, and merger and acquisition transactions, as well as expertise in all levels of financial management.
Most recently, he served as VP and Chief Financial Officer of Cayenne Medical, a multi-disciplined sports medicine start-up.
Prior to this role, Mr. Murray served as the Corporate Controller for St. Francis Medical Technologies, and was instrumental in the $725 million acquisition of St. Francis by Kyphon Inc. in January 2007 and the subsequent integration of the business operations into Kyphon.
During his career Mr. Murray also held senior financial management positions with Azul Systems, Inc.
Bob Pasker has been building successful technology companies and products for over 25 years. His deep understanding of the software, hardware, and networking industries has led him to design and develop numerous innovative, award winning products, most notably WebLogic, where he was a cofounder, as well as the principal developer and chief architect of the WebLogic Application Server.
At Kenamea, Bob was a pioneer in the real-time web and AJAX space when, in 1999, he developed one of the first internet pub/sub and Rich Internet Application systems. At Tribe Computer Works, he led the team which developed the first embedded web-based device management system.
Bob has also held technology leadership positions at Azul Systems, BEA Systems (Now Oracle), and Digital Equipment.
Peter Wagner has worked in technology since the mid-1980’s, as a physicist, line manager and venture investor. He focuses primarily in Information Technology Infrastructure, including the networking, computing, storage, and wireless sectors. Some of his particular interests include web 2.0 scalability, data center virtualization, pervasive security, digital media, WAN/Internet performance optimization, and a broad array of mobile technologies/media/services.
Since joining Accel in 1996, Peter has led investments in dozens of early stage companies, many of which have gone on to complete IPO’s or successful acquisitions.
Terry is CEO and President of the JVax Investment Group, LLC, which is a private investment partnership.
In addition to his board membership of VidSys, he is Chairman of the Board of Azul Systems and Vice-Chairman of the Board of the USAFA Endowment.
Prior to the formation of JVax, he was a Lockheed Martin Corporate Vice President and President, Lockheed Martin Mission Systems. This was a $1B systems integration company within Lockheed Martin that is responsible for contracts and proposals relating to information superiority, network centric warfare, command and control and combat support.
Terry holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and is also a Distinguished Graduate of the Department of Defense Management School Program Management Course, a graduate of the UCLA Modern Engineering Program and Fellow of the MIT Seminar XXI (Foreign Policies and the National Interest).

Basil Horangic joined North Bridge in 2007 to help open the California office. Basil moved from Austin Ventures in Texas, where he was a General Partner. He spent his early career at Goldman, McKinsey, and Oak.
Basil focuses on the infrastructure supporting communications, enterprise, interactive, and energy businesses. He is active up and down the technology stack, ranging from fundamental new materials, devices, and systems, up to new higher level software, tools, and cloud services. He has brought numerous strategic investors into his companies, including General Electric, British Petroleum, ConocoPhillips, Excelon, NRG, Intel, GemPlus, Terradata, Google, Qualcomm and Microsoft.
Basil has started two companies, and successfully incubated four others. He primarily likes to work in the early stages of getting companies up and running, but will also look at selective later stage opportunities.
