As CEO, Mr. Saracini is responsible for Aravo’s overall vision, strategy, planning and execution. His primary focus is centered on aggressively growing Aravo’s market position, by introducing game-changing product innovation designed to deliver measurable customer value.
He has more than 20 years of sales, operations and executive leadership experience building profitable, high growth software companies.
Most recently Mr. Saracini served as Aravo COO, with global P&L responsibility for product strategy, engineering, marketing, sales, channels, alliances, professional services, hosting operations and customer support.
Prior, he was Vice President, International for SumTotal Systems, a software-as-a-service HCM leader, delivering talent management solutions.
Mr. Albinson is the company’s Founder, CEO, and chief visionary. With a technology background dating back to the early 1980s, he has held cross-functional positions in marketing, product strategy, and sales management. Prior to founding Aravo, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York and as an associate with Core-Capital Partners, a $350 million early-stage venture capital fund. He has also served as President of the Adelante Consulting Group, a professional services firm he founded to advise Global 2000 corporations and conservation groups on issues of sustainability and cause-related marketing.
Mr. Albinson has been an advocate for conservation and sustainability for over two decades, and has worked with organizations including World Wildlife Fund, The Nature Conservancy, American Forests and Fundacion Natura, Ecuadors leading conservation group.
Mr. Bryant is responsible for leading the financial, human resources and legal functions of the company. With over 20 years experience in the software industry, he most recently was Vice President, Finance, for RightNow Technologies.
At RightNow, Mr. Bryant was a member of the Executive Team, guiding the company during a period of increasing growth and profitability.
Mr. Bryant has extensive understanding of the SaaS business and delivery model, related key performance metrics, and business value drivers for Aravo’s customers.
He has also served as Global Pricing Director for Sterling Commerce, and held leadership positions in Finance with Fujitsu Transaction Systems and Datapoint Corporation.
Mr. Bryant holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a BBA degree from Abilene Christian University.
Mr. Thompson oversees the company’s sales strategy and execution. He has more than 15 years of sales and sales leadership experience in the software industry, building high performing sales teams.
Most recently, Mr. Thompson served as the Director of Sales for RightNow Technologies, a $185 million, software-as-a-service CRM leader, where he was responsible for the Eastern US. Previously, he was responsible for leading the Central US and Latin America region.
Earlier, Mr. Thompson served in various sales and sales leadership positions over a 12 year period with Siebel Systems/Oracle, Computer Associates, ADP, and USF Corporation.
Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.
Mr. Shecterle is charged with driving Aravo’s overall marketing strategies and execution. He brings over 25 years of enterprise marketing and solution management experience in supply chain solutions across industries.
Most recently, Mr. Shecterle served as Vice President, Marketing & Product Management at InfoNow, a channel performance optimization leader, advancing the company’s overall strategy, marketing, and product design.
Prior, Shecterle managed research practices at the Aberdeen Group for Supply Chain Management, Global Supply Management, Retail, and Sustainability, providing global market insight and analysis. He has also held executive roles in strategy, marketing, and product management at software companies such as Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Platform Computing, Indus International, and SSA, helping drive rapid revenue growth and new market expansion.

Mr. Hensley is responsible for technical delivery of Aravo’s product offerings, including Engineering, QA and Hosting Operations. He has over 15 years experience in the development and delivery of Enterprise SaaS offerings with a special focus on supply chain management and intelligence solutions.
Before joining Aravo, Mr. Hensley served as Sr. Director of Technical Operations at Instill Corporation, where he developed infrastructure and integration solutions for supply chain intelligence systems in the foodservice industry.
Mr. Hensley joined Instill in 2002 and was instrumental in the development and deployment of highly scalable SaaS solutions responsible for processing the majority of daily foodservice transactions in North America.
Prior to that, Mr. Hensley served as Director of Technical Operations at ShipServ Ltd.
Mr. Rusher is responsible for Aravo’s product strategy and management. His over 17 years of experience in the enterprise software industry spans across most functional areas of business including engineering, product management, product marketing, solutions consulting and sales leadership.
Most recently, Mr. Rusher served as SVP of Enterprise Feedback at Market Tools where he was responsible for global sales of MarketTools CustomerSat Enterprise Feedback Management solution.
Prior to MarketTools, Mr. Rusher worked with RightNow Technologies – a leading provider of SaaS Customer Experience Management solutions.
He initially served as Vice President of Solutions Consulting for the Americas where he worked closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence and prioritize key features and capabilities, addressing functional gaps and innovations based on market demand; he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. and Latin America.

Daniel is a people driven sales professional with a background in sales, operations, account management and customer service. Daniel’s past experience includes being a sales team leader at Salesforce.com and a co-founder of Fastlane Apps, a development company focused on entertainment apps for the iPhone.
He holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and International Business from the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business. Daniel also donates his time to a number of Non-Profit Organizations including Glide Memorial Homeless Shelter, Playworks, Redwood Family Shelter Home, Trip For Kids, and Golden Gate Parks National Conservatory.
