WET.NET is a system designed to accurately (and economically) detect and predict water supply or drainage “failure events” before significant property damage can occur. This ”live system” is able to detect and report “failure events” as they happen.
Through the use of an intelligent infrastructure monitoring system that enables the immediate discovery of such events “WET.NET” will assist building landlords, building managers and superintendents with the ability to expedite the deployment of plumbing technicians ultimately reducing damage and repair costs to property and structures when a plumbing leak/back-up, appliance leak/malfunction or a building envelope breach occurs.
Marc Hurst, the Founder/CEO of WET.NET INC. possesses over 10 years experience leading (start-up) wireless device and protocol technology development teams. Mr. Hurst additionally has accumulated several years experience in Real Estate property management in both the family business and a recently management role of a large non-profit housing unit located in downtown Toronto.
