John serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of Daptiv and has a 24 year career in the technology industry with a particular emphasis on project portfolio management (PPM) applications software. Beginning his experience with Sun Information Services and K&H Project Systems, he designed, developed, implemented, and marketed advanced project management software for a variety of industries. John later spent 12 years with Artemis International, a project portfolio management applications provider with offices in 27 countries. As Executive Vice President of Artemis for six years, he was responsible for business and strategy development, channel programs, product management, product support, and worldwide software engineering.
Prior to Daptiv, John served as CEO of Computron Software, an accounting and financial management software vendor, and as acting CEO of VistaSource, a supplier of advanced analytics tools for the financial services sector. Mr.
Rick Triplett joined Daptiv in 2006 and most recently serves as Vice President of Sales leading a team of talented Account Executives focused on promoting PPM solutions that create business value. Prior to his current role, Rick was instrumental in establishing and growing many of Daptivs marquis customers in the USA. Before joining Daptiv, Rick held positions in finance, sales, and marketing management. Rick has a BA in Accounting and an MBA from Seattle University.
Dave Blumhorst joined Daptiv in December 2009 and his Solutions and Services team is focused on enabling successful business outcomes for customers using Daptiv’s PPM toolset. Prior to joining Daptiv, Dave ran EffectiveIT Group, a Daptiv partner and process consulting firm, that delivered implementation services to Fortune 1000 clients such as Carlyle Group, Beam Global, and Aegon USA.
Dave is a seasoned executive that has run IT, professional services, and finance departments. He has served as a controller and CFO for small to mid-sized companies, served as CIO at mid-sized companies such as Clarent, and was the senior director of the IT-PMO at PeopleSoft. Throughout his 30+ year career he has always found innovative ways to use technology to create business value.
Javier Rojas is the Board Director of IntelePeer Inc.
He is also a Managing Director of Kennet Partners. He Leads the U.S.investment activities.

Charl has spearheaded Daptiv PPM in the Asia Pacific region since 2005. He founded, developed and led Daptiv’s most successful international sales partner, Bluenova, which it wholly acquired in November 2010. He leads a regional sales, implementation and support team with personnel in Brisbane, Sydney and Hong Kong. This team has implemented Daptiv PPM in over 50 organisations including Virgin Australia Airlines, AXA Life Japan, the University of Sydney, CLSA, InterContinental Hotels Group Asia Australasia, the Australian Red Cross Blood Service and the NSW Department of Corrective Services.
Charl has previously worked in project, program and product management roles delivering Internet-based technologies in Australia, France and California. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Advanced MBA from the University of Western Australia.
Mark has successfully led the growth of several software businesses in EMEA and worked exclusively in the PPM software sector for the last 7 years. He leads a cross-discipline team based in London that works with clients spanning multiple sectors including banking, insurance, medical and automotive, among others.
Mark is a seasoned software professional of over 18 years creating and executing go to market strategies in both direct and indirect sales throughout many varied geographies and cultures. His success has been primarily driven by focusing on client retention and satisfaction. His previous positions include Systems Union, Serena Software & AtTask.
