Glen E. Schrank most recently was President and CEO of HireRight, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As a member of the executive team, he contributed to growing HireRight from $ 20M to $ 182M in revenue, launching a successful IPO on NASDAQ, and getting acquired for approximately 25X EBITDA.
Prior to HireRight, Mr. Schrank spent more than 25 years in leadership roles in a variety of technology-based businesses, including 15 years at IBM where he served as a Business Unit Executive with P&L responsibility. He also served as Vice President of Sales at i2 Technologies, a company providing supply chain management solutions including offerings in enterprise software, SaaS, and outsourced services. Glen’s leadership experience also includes serving as Business Development Director for SPSS, a provider of predictive analytics software and solutions, and VP of Sales for Creative Multimedia, an internet/intranet company providing a platform for content delivery.

Drew joins the Eccentex Executive Management Team from Pegasystems (Nasdaq:PEGA) a leading BPM software company where most recently he was Director of the National Sales Group. Drew spent 10 years at Pega working in various sales leadership positions from Financial Services & Insurance to Manufacturing, Travel, Retail, High Tech and Utilities. He led multimillion dollar wins at Citibank, BNY-Mellon, BB&T, Toronto Dominion, Farmers Insurance, among others. In the Utility, Travel and Manufacturing sector he led significant wins with such companies as Con Edison, Carnival Cruise Lines, Jabil, and GM. In 2007, Drew relocated to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where he opened Western Europe for Pega and had multimillion dollar wins with ING Insurance, BNP Paribas, and Rabobank, to name a few. He built the business from zero to over $20 million in software license sales in his first year.
Mr. Tokar has more than 20 years of experience in technology delivery and meeting clients’ unique needs. Mr. Tokar is responsible for driving company operations to ensure that business processes are efficient and effective. At Exigen, he served as a Director of the Board since 2000 and was responsible for delivery of client implementation on-value and on-time. Prior to Exigen, he was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Datamax, responsible for business development, customer delivery and strategic partnerships with companies such as Hewlett-Packard and EDS. Mr. Tokar holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Brian Anderson brings more than 25 years of global enterprise software and industry experience, most recently serving as chief marketing officer at BeyondTrust where he was responsible for all aspects of corporate brand development, as well as lead demand generation to increase awareness and interest in all customer and investor segments. He has a track record for award-winning branding and product launches, as well as inbound and outbound marketing models to low-touch, scalable, measureable, and predictable results. Anderson is a frequent industry spokesperson and a published author.
Prior to BeyondTrust, Anderson served as a serially successful CMO for several venture-funded companies and senior executive at publicly traded companies. At Siderean Software, his branding efforts garnered rave reviews and numerous awards. At Avamar Technologies, his leadership resulted in a huge revenue increase and numerous awards. Avamar was subsequently acquired by EMC.
Ken Rutsky is the President and founder of KJR Associates, Inc, providing marketing and business strategy services to B2B technology vendors. Ken has 20+ years of experience marketing and selling enterprise and end user technology and solutions. During Ken’s tenure as VP of Product Marketing at Secure Computing, he spearheaded the company’s go to market efforts, accelerating the growth of its web security business, leading to its eventual acquisition by McAfee at a 40% premium to market value. Ken has held executive roles at Intel, Netscape, and McAfee and ran marketing at 3 start-ups including Collation, which was acquired by IBM/Tivoli.
Jeff Sakaguchi has 30 years of business and executive management experience. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Neah Power Systems, Inc., an early-stage fuel cell company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Region of the American Red Cross. Mr. Sakaguchi was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Evolution Robotics Retail, Inc., an early-stage technology company bringing an integrated robotic vision and object recognition software and hardware solution to the retail industry. Prior to that, Mr. Sakaguchi was a senior partner with Accenture, a leading global management and information technology consulting and outsourcing firm, and a senior engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, a renowned strategy consulting firm. Mr. Sakaguchi was also an engineering manager with Chevron Corporation.
Mr. Okmianski has significant experience in management of venture enterprises as well as in R&D, high-tech and engineering. After graduating from Omsk State University (Russia), he started his professional career as a high school teacher, then engineer, senior engineer and chief engineer of Design Bureau ‘Karat’, Omsk, Russia. In 1990, he founded a Siberian Association for Promotion of International Economic Relations (SAPIER) that embraced and supported 18 companies in various areas of business. During 1990-1996, SAPIER made a significant impact in facilitating international business contacts between local and American businessmen and companies. That helped him gain invaluable experience in building a variety of joint ventures with highest quality possible and, at the same time, with very limited resources within a tight period of time.
Andrew Intrater has over 25 years of experience in general management, including business and transaction experience obtained from leadership roles in the technology and asset management sectors, as well as over 16 years of service on the boards of directors of public companies. Andy has been Chief Executive Officer of Columbus Nova, a multi-strategy investment firm, since January 2000. While at Columbus Nova Andy grew its CLO asset management platform from $2 billion of assets under management in 2007 into one of the largest, leading CLO asset managers with over $15 billion of assets under management. He also completed a $51-million equity/debt investment in 2005 for a controlling stake in MOCC (Moscow Cablecom Corp-today known as AKADO), a Moscow-based broadband MSO.
In 1985 he founded ATI, the predecessor of Oryx Technology Corp. He served Oryx as President and Chief operating Officer until 1999 as it grew into a leading manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment.
Aidar Kaliev is the Global Head of Venture Capital at VTB Capital Investment Management and a board member in a number of portfolio companies such as RNT (MICEX:RNAV), Mobi.Money, Eccentex and AiHit.
Prior to joining VTB Capital in 2010, he was the Chairman of the board at Summa Telecom, a broadband internet provider in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
From 2006-2008, he was CEO at Eventis Telecom, a GSM and fixed-line telecommunication start-up in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, and Georgia.
Part of his vast experience in the Central Asian region was gained as Deputy CEO of Finance & Economics with Kyrgyzstan-based JSC Electric Power Plants and as First Deputy CEO of JSC Kyrgyzgas during 2001-2005.

Victor Belogub is focused on investments in venture capital funds across a variety of industries and geographies. He joined the VTB Capital venture business team in 2008. Prior to that he had founded and managed two companies in retail and advertising industries. Victor has also previously served as a government official. He is a member of boards and an investor in start-ups in Russia, UK and US.
