Aaron started programming from a young age, joining Microsoft while attending high school outside Seattle. Just before starting Adroll.com, he worked at Stottler-Henke Artificial Intelligence, developing AI algorithms and systems to help NASA schedule and launch missions. Which is almost as complicated as ads. But hey, it’s not rocket science… Aaron graduated from Stanford University with a major in computer science. He was the only undergraduate advisee under the legendary computer scientist and Professor John McCarthy.

Peter Krivkovich is a founding member of AdRoll, an online advertising company backed by Accel Partners an Merus Capital, overseeing the company’s Finance, Sales and Operations.
Prior to joining AdRoll, Peter spent six years in leadership roles spanning, finance, business development, product management and sales.
Peter spent 2 years in investment banking at ABN AMRO doing M&A across a variety of industries.
Peter spent a year in business development at Everdream Corporation (acquired by Dell in 2005) before moving to product management to oversee the design, development and launch of the company’s award winning enterprise software product line.
After business school Peter helped oversee Good Technology’s (acquired by Motorola in 2007) 100 person sales team before moving into a Finance/Strategy role managing the company’s business expense/ forecasting model.

Ville Tuulos is the Co-Founder of BitDeli, an analytics startup acquired by AdRoll.
Ville is responsible for the Bitdeli backend. He was previously a team lead at Nokia Research in Palo Alto, where he founded Disco, an open-source implementation of MapReduce.
Ville’s background include three data startups and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Helsinki.
Prior to AdRoll, Dexter Hart managed Zuora’s global demand generation programs, specifically their marketing automation (Marketo), lead funnel, email nurture tracks, social media analytics & webinar campaigns. Dexter creatively ran a holistic demand generation program across the globe that included 10-12 webinars per quarter, and showed his dedication by working often at odd hours of the night for Zuora’s EMEA and ANZ teams.

Sean is a co-founder of early stage venture firm Merus Capital in Palo Alto, CA. Before Merus, Sean was a Principal of Corporate Development at Google, responsible for acquisitions and investments including Android, YouTube, and Postini. Prior to Google, he spent over six years at Microsoft in the Corporate Development team. At Microsoft, he led over 40 acquisitions and investments including Bungie, the creator of the Xbox hit Halo. His areas of focus at Google and Microsoft included consumer web services, online and traditional advertising, online video, gaming and enterprise SaaS.
Outside of Merus, Sean is an avid trail runner and is doing his small part in keeping the Bay Area trails alive and well through his involvement with the Peninsula Open Space Trust. He is also an Advisory Board Member of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College where he graduated with degrees in Economics/Environment/Politics and French.
Josh joined Sigma in 2010, bringing six years of startup experience. He has expertise in online marketing, marketplaces, and crowdsourcing.
Josh was the 4th employee at oDesk, running Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Development over five years and contributing to the companys growth from almost nothing to $100M in annual services. Josh was also the head of product and marketing at AdRoll, helping to design and build the #1 retargeting platform. Prior to oDesk and AdRoll, Josh was a consultant at Arthur D. Little.
Josh has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Charles joined Foundation Capital in 2005, with a background in general management, sales, marketing, product management, and business development. Before coming to Foundation Capital, he was part of two teams that successfully built companies from early start-up through greater than $100 million in sales and exits near or above a billion dollars. Charles has made thirteen investments since joining Foundation, of which four have been acquired: PowerSet to Microsoft; Xoopit to Yahoo!; Adwhirl to Google; and, Weblistic to Spot Runner. Charles works closely with his current portfolio, which includes: AdRoll, Bancbox, CloudOn, Copious, Everyday Health, Fanhood, LendingClub, Motif Investing, Pixazza, Refresh, RevelTouch, and SunRun.
Prior to Foundation, Charles spent five years with Tellme Networks and was a member of the founding executive team.
Adam has a passion for interactive marketing and is an industry evangelist for display advertising best practices. In his role as president, Adam manages Adroll’s Account Management team and also enjoys working directly with many AdRoll advertisers. This allows him to take a hands-on approach to ensuring their campaigns are wildly successful.
Before joining AdRoll, Adam helped launch the CPL network with Aptimus, a publicly traded ad network acquired by the Apollo Group. In his four years there, he took a leadership role in almost every department: Business Development, Advertiser Operations, and Product Management. In addition to extensive experience in the online advertising industry, Adam has a background in statistics and was part of the Six Sigma Belt program at Philips Electronics.
He received his BA in Economics from John Hopkins University and studied econometrics at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
