Peter Harrison is a seasoned software executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and growing tech companies.
Before joining Snagajob, he served as CEO of GlobalLogic from 2002 to 2012, building it from 20 employees to more than 6,000. Prior to this, Peter was senior vice president of field operations at Versata, a leader in business automation software. While at Versata, he grew revenues from $1 million to $56 million in just four years culminating in an IPO in 2000 that at the time ranked in the top 25 best openings of all time. Prior to Versata, he was a co-founder of Seer Technologies, where as vice president of sales he helped grow revenues to $120 million in five years, which resulted in the company completing an IPO in 1995.
Peter has a bachelors degree in Science in Software Engineering from Birmingham University, UK.
Thats Keiths charge as Snagajob marches toward its next era of growth. And with more than 20 years of experience leading rapidly-growing private and public technology companies, hes the right man for the job.
Before joining Snagajob, he served as the vice president of finance for GeoEye, a leading global provider of high-resolution earth imagery solutions, where he drove financial analysis for the companys merger with DigitalGlobe in 2013. And before GeoEye, Keith served as a key financial leader for K12, a technology-based education company, where he helped grow revenues from approximately $35 million to over $700 million in eight years and had a key role in K12?s successful IPO.
Tom will have a vital role in how Snagajobs employer-facing products are introduced to the hourly employment marketplace.
Before joining Snagajob, Tighe served as vice president of sales for mindSHIFT, a leading managed services provider that provides a suite of outsourced and cloud-based IT services to small- to medium-sized businesses.
During his tenure, mindSHIFT grew sales from $20 million to over $120 million. Prior to mindSHIFT, Tighe held sales roles with Legato, Stryker and Fedex.
Jason started as the Director of Business Development after coming to Snagajob from a strategy consulting firm. He then became the Director of Product Marketing before stepping up to lead all of Snagajob’s marketing efforts. Jason wants a team that is curious, humble, intelligent, positive and proactive.

Jim Monroe, Head of Services and Support at Snagajob. The hallmark of great service and support is building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. Jim is leading the charge to take Snagajob’s customer service and support to the next level. He wants an enthusiastic team who puts others’ interests ahead of their own; a team that takes pride in its work and with the humility, compassion and empathy that is needed to exceed customers’ expectations.
When he’s not maximizing a customer-centric environment at Snagajob, Jim is coaching his kids’ sports teams, supporting the National Kidney Foundation and landscaping his yard like he’s on HGTV.
Thomas Fredell, Head of Product and Engineering at Snagajob. Hailing from Sweden, Thomas is harnessing his Viking heritage to lead Snagajob’s Product and Engineering teams’ pioneering efforts. The hallmarks of a great Product and Engineering team are a focus on creating great, high-quality products that deliver tons of customer value; innovation and creativity made manifest in an excellent product architecture; teamwork and a sense of fun.
He is looking for team members with a desire to constantly learn and improve, curiosity about our customers and what makes them successful, a take-initiative approach with a great work ethic and a sense of humor. When he’s not improving and creating products for Snagajob, Thomas can be found sailing, skiing, bicycling or anything else in the great outdoors with his wife, four children and two dogs.
Leo de Luna is a principal with Split Rock Partners, where he focuses on later stage and secondary investments in software and Internet services companies.
Previously, Leo worked as a vice president at Saints Capital, where he completed a variety of secondary transactions and at Advanced Micro Devices’ Flash memory group, Spansion, in business development.
Leo began his venture capital career at Split Rock Partners’ predecessor firm, St. Paul Venture Capital, where he evaluated early-stage consumer and software investments and was involved in investments in BigFix and HireRight.
Leo began his career as a financial analyst in the San Francisco office of Lehman Brothers’ Technology Investment Banking group. In addition, Leo served as a lieutenant in the Singapore Army where he was a platoon commander, providing instruction to recruits in basic training.
Eric Carlborg joined August Capital in 2010 to focus on investing in later stage growth companies to provide capital for growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations and shareholder liquidity. Eric has broad investing, transaction and operating experience in private and public growth companies.
Immediately, prior to joining August Capital, Eric was a partner at Continental Investors where he invested in ecommerce and software companies; and financial technology and service companies. His transaction experience includes several years of investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co including the position of Co-Head of Technology Investment Banking. Eric also served as an Executive in Residence at Golden Gate Capital
Erics operating experience includes: CFO for Einstein Noah Bagel Corporation (ENBC) during the companys initial public offering. CFO for Authorize.Net which was acquired by Go2Net (GNET). CFO of Provide Commerce (PRVD) which was acquired by Liberty Media Interactive (LINTA).
Benedict joined Baird Private Equity in 2000 and concentrates on investments in the business services sector, with an emphasis on financial technology services and information services.
Benedict is a current member of the board of directors at ALI Solutions, Arroweye Solutions, Coalfire Systems, Fellon McCord, Sittercity.com and Snagajob. He has also worked directly with 14 other investments of Baird Private Equity, including Axcelerant, HireRight, High Street Partners, NimbleGen Systems and PayChoice.
Prior to BVP, Benedict worked for KPMG LLP in the information, communications and entertainment group within the assurance practice of the Chicago office, where he focused on the software and telecommunications sectors. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration, with a major in accountancy, from the University of Notre Dame.
Benedict is a member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, Irish Angels and Chicago Children’s Museum Auxiliary Board.
Shawn Boyer, Snagajob Founder and Chairman of the Board, learned while working his first hourly job, and the same philosophy is embraced throughout Snagajob today.
Shawn was named the 2008 National Small Business Person of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration and was publicly recognized by President George W. Bush for successfully creating a Web site to help hourly workers. Snagajob has been named to both Fortune Magazine’s Great Place to Work Best Small & Medium Workplaces list and Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 for the past five years.
Boyer was CEO of Snagajob from 2000 to 2013 before moving into the Chairman role and prior to founding Snagajob in 1999, Boyer was a transactional attorney with the law firm of Brown & Wood LLP (now Sidley Austin, LLP). He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Washington & Lee School of Law, and he received his LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
Jeffrey Diehl is a Partner at Adams Street Partners. Jeff invests in venture and growth-oriented companies in the software, IT-enabled business services and consumer internet/media sectors.
Jeff serves on the Boards of Directors of cbanc Network, Paylocity, Peerless Network, Q2ebanking, SnagAJob, T3Media and WhiteFence.
