Bill Nussey
Bill Nussey has 20 years of experience as a chief executive for technology companies. Previously, Nussey was president and CEO of iXL Inc., a publicly traded e-business consulting firm. During his tenure, iXL executed its initial public offering, grew revenues from $10 million to $120 million per quarter and served multiple Fortune 500 customers including General Electric, JP Morgan and Delta.
Prior to iXL, Nussey was an investment professional with Greylock, where he worked on investments including DoubleClick, MediaMetrix and iXL. Before Greylock, Nussey was the co-founder and CEO of Da Vinci Systems. When he sold the company to ON Technologies in 1994, Da Vinci was the third most widely used email product in the world with more than 3 million customers in 45 countries.
Over the years and under Nussey’s guidance, Silverpop has been the originator of many industry best practices and innovations.

Jim McCormick
Jim McCormick brings more than 20 years of financial, accounting, merger, operations and risk management experience to Silverpop. Most recently he was CFO and treasurer at Harbinger Corporation, a publicly traded B2B e-commerce provider. At Harbinger, McCormick supervised the integration of 14 acquisitions, overhauled financial and operating systems and helped drive a tenfold increase in market capitalization leading to the company’s sale in mid-2000 for approximately $1.1 billion.
Prior to Harbinger, McCormick was CFO, treasurer and secretary at Knology Inc., a Georgia-based broadband telecommunications company. While at Knology, he executed Knology’s public debt offering and raised more than $320 million of combined debt and equity to fund the company’s expansion.

Eric Holmen
A 20-year marketing veteran, Eric Holmen brings deep experience and powerful vision to his role as the leader of Silverpop’s marketing efforts. With a unique combination of superior strategy development capabilities and exceptional operational planning skills, Holmen is focused on helping Silverpop and its customers achieve new levels of marketing success.
Prior to joining Silverpop, Holmen was the senior vice president of the wireless division of The Marketing Arm, an Omnicom company. He also served as president of mobile marketing firm SmartReply and in leadership roles in consumer marketing at Sears and at marketing technology firm Catalina Marketing. In addition, Holmen has co-authored three books focused on mobile marketing.
Holmen earned a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Redlands and an advanced certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Innovation and Strategy. He has been awarded four patents for marketing and technology process.

Andre Turenne
Andre Turenne is a senior vice president of D. E. Shaw & Co., L.P. and an executive of the venture capital unit of the D. E. Shaw group, a global investment and technology development firm. Mr. Turenne has more than 30 years of operating, technical, and venture investment experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group in 2006, Mr. Turenne was a managing director of NeoCarta Ventures, Inc., a venture capital investment firm. From 1996 to 2000, he served as senior manager of strategic investments at Intel Capital, the venture capital unit of Intel Corporation.
Before beginning his more than fifteen years of venture capital investing experience, Mr. Turenne also spent five years at Intel Corporation in various technical, marketing, and sales management roles, focusing on initiatives in enterprise servers and software, microprocessors, and high performance computing.
