Tony is a proven product marketing and go-to-market strategist with more than 20 years of experience with all stages of companies from high growth start-ups to multi-billion dollar multi-national corporations.
Mr. Dolph began his career with GenRad and served in various senior sales and marketing positions with Computervision Corporation, Prime Computer, Progress Software Corporation, as well as Media 100 where he grew sales to $75 million. His current responsibilities include the implementation of sales processes, lead generation activities and marketing.
Mr. Dolph holds bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a certificate of matriculation from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Matt joined the Ascent team in 2002 to continue his work with innovative early stage enterprise IT companies. Matt loves seeing common problems solved using new technology and was attracted to venture capital because it enables him to work closely with management teams over a longer time frame, developing strong relationships. Over the last decade at Ascent, Matt has focused on investments in data analytics (Interactive Supercomputing – acquired by Microsoft and Cymfony – acquired by TNS and Terascala), cloud business services (HubCast, StrikeIron, and The Corporate Marketplace) and security (Fidelis – acquired by General Dynamics, and PerspecSys).
Chris is an accomplished sales executive skilled in strategy and execution using a variety of go-to-market models to connect and engage different customer segments.
Prior to joining HubCast, Chris was a 15-year veteran of Microsoft Corp. where he held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and operations.
Most recently, he was responsible for leading the companys solution sales organization across the West Coast. Representing more than $650M in revenue, his organization took-to-market all Microsoft commercial offerings from desktop to datacenter to cloud.
Chris began his career in small, fast growing businesses, first in New York City and then overseas in the Baltic States where he co-founded a start-up that sold business planning, advertising, and general marketing communications services.
Chris has a double major in History and Art from Colby College. He earned an MBA from the S. C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
Melissa has more than 15 years of industry experience managing marketing and sales operations for successful start-ups such as Segue Software (Borland), NetGenesis (SPSS) and Interwise (AT&T). She has a proven track record of identifying and implementing critical business processes to enable organizational growth from early stage start-up to IPO. She is a management leader with the ability to identify and translate business needs into tangible operational actions to promote exponential business growth.
Melissa studied Elementary Education at Long Island University.
Adam heads up both the internal software development team responsible for all of HubCasts products as well as the Information Technology team supporting HubCasts networks and production environment.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in the technology field as a software tester (Sun Microsystems, Oracle), IT support (Corechange), software developer (Lycos) and manager of technical teams(Red Rocket, onExchange). In addition to his technical skills Adam is a skilled negotiator and mediator and had founded Green Mountain Alternative Dispute Resolution prior to joining the HubCast team.
Adam earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, and his Juris Doctor and Masters from Vermont Law School.
Garys experience developing go-to-market strategies, driving new customer acquisition, managing channel development and working with key strategic partners for companies from developing high-growth start-ups to Fortune 1,000 enterprises gives him the skills and experience to lead HubCast’s sales and channel development.
Before joining HubCast, Gary served in roles as vice president of enterprise sales and channel development for Mimeo.com.
Prior to Mimeo.com, Gary was the vice president and general manager of the OEM and Channel Development Group and the vice president of sales for SumTotal Systems.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Marquette University.
Gary leads HubCasts finance and operations teams after having held senior operating and finance roles at multiple venture backed businesses.
Previously, Gary served as a member of the management team at RiverRidge Consulting Group, specializing in the triage of troubled venture backed businesses, M&A advisory services, turnarounds and ownership transitions. Gary led strategic development teams while at Accenture Strategic Services in the Supply Chain Strategy Practice for communications and technology clients.
While at JPMorgan, Gary executed finance transactions for emerging technology companies within the corporate finance investment-banking group.
Gary began his career at a privately held paper converting and printing firm where he oversaw engineering and assisted in the day-to-day running of the company’s main manufacturing facility.
Aron is responsible for HubCast’s worldwide print production and its global print supply chain. In this role he overseas HubCast’s virtual production floor, it’s expansive network of print providers, world-wide quality control, order administration and customer support. Aron is a process improvement and Lean manufacturing expert with specialization in graphic arts and print communications and has over 25 years of extensive experience in product development, product management and support.
Arons experience includes 15 years with Scitex Corp. and Creo Americas, leading solution providers to the graphic and print communications industries where he held a number of leadership positions.
While at Creo, his professional services team provided the framework and services that directly helped generate over $160 million in system sales per year.
Aron has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Tel Aviv and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Michael T. Fitzgerald is a Founder and Managing General Partner of Commonwealth Capital Ventures.
Prior to founding Commonwealth, Mike was a General Partner at Palmer Partners, the manager of three early stage venture funds. During that time he also ran Distribution Management Systems, an enterprise supply chain software company which was later sold to Cullinet Software.
He began his career and association with the software industry at IBM where he was a top performer in the sales and marketing organization.
Mike earned a BA from Amherst College and a MBA from the Harvard Business School.
