Mark brings more than fifteen years of digital marketing leadership to his role as CEO. He is responsible for spearheading corporate growth and driving the strategic vision of eXelates dynamic smart data modeling and analytics engine. Since launching the companys U.S. operations in 2008, Mark has subsequently built offices in London, Paris, New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Tel Aviv, expanded the companys global data footprint to over 500M UV worldwide and been instrumental in closing $28M in Series B and C funding, while creating long-term relationships with digital powerhouses including Nielsen, Google and MasterCard.
Previously, Mark was Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate EVP of MediaSpan where he led all marketing and business development activity, and built the 1400+ affiliate Local Ad Network.
Khurrum Malik is the Chief Marketing Officer at eXelate.
Khurrum brings more than 17 years of marketing leadership to his role as CMO. He is responsible for generating global demand through corporate and product marketing for eXelates industry leading smart data solutions.
Prior to eXelate, Khurrum was Vice President of Marketing at comScore where he led corporate and product marketing efforts to drive double-digit growth across Audience, Advertising, Digital Business, and Mobile Operator analytics product lines. His background includes driving revenue, share, and profitability growth in mobile, digital, and software industries.

Elad Efraim is the Chief Technology Officer & Co – Founder of eXelate.
With over fifteen years of experience in software development, Elad infuses a deep understanding of web technology within online media, combined with exceptionally honed execution skills to his leadership role at eXelate. Elad is responsible for eXelates overall technology direction and translating market demand and customer experience into technology solutions that simplify and scale data transactions. By building eXelates premier data platform among other products, Elad aligns the product and technology vision with the overall business strategy of the company.
Prior to eXelate, Elad was a Product Manager at Oridian where he helped build the company into a global online advertising powerhouse.
Previously, he led the development of the mobile product at TopImageSystems and was the lead system engineer at eMobilis.
Oren Katz is the Vice President Research and Development & General Manager, Israel at eXelate.
Oren brings over fifteen years of experience in software development to eXelates Israel-based research and development team. He is well versed in the management of multi-national software development teams and will oversee the building eXelates next generation of smart data technology applications that will enable the companys marketing clients to make smarter decisions.
Oren joins eXelate from ECI where he held multiple director-level research and development positions and lead teams of up to 50 in Israel and abroad in a range of departments that include quality assurance, customer support, product management and software development.
Oren holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Physics.

kevin lyons is the Senior Vice President, Analytics at eXelate.
As SVP, Analytics, Kevin is responsible for leading the vision and execution of the companys analytics and data optimization activities.
Prior to eXelate, Kevin served as VP Analytics and Business Intelligence at x+1, a leader in audience targeting that leverages sophisticated statistical modeling to surpass traditional online marketing techniques. In this capacity, Kevin strove to maximize profitable website user behavior via analytics and real-time decisioning.
Before x+1, Kevin spent over a decade as a Vice President responsible for web and marketing analytics at QualityHealth.com, a leading website providing consumer health news and information, and at Harte-Hanks, a large Marketing Service Provider.
Earlier in his career, Kevin served in account management at direct marketing agency Grey Direct.
Eugene Becker is the SVP, Product Management at eXelate.
Bringing more than 15 years of product and analytics experience, Eugene joins eXelate from WPPs Xaxis division, where he served as VP of Analytics. At Xaxis, Eugene established the analytics and audience strategy practices for the worlds largest agency audience buying platform.
Prior to Xaxis, Eugene was the SVP, Director of Analytics at MRM Worldwide, part of the McCann Worldgroup, where he drove digital analytics and built products that enabled channel planning, market mix modeling, and cross-channel dashboards.
Before joining MRM, Eugene led analytics for a blockbuster franchise at Pfizer.
He received a BA and an MA in Economics from Northwestern University.
Alain Sanjaume is the Senior European Consultant at eXelate.
Alain joined eXelate in January 2011 as General Manager of Operations in the United Kingdom and France. Alain managed eXelates expansion into Europe in conjunction with eXelates business development and publisher relations teams. A European behavioral targeting pioneer, Alain is focused on cultivating relationships with leading European publishers, portals, ad agencies, networks, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, exchanges and offline database companies. Alains efforts cement the companys strong digital footprint and enable existing and new partners to grow internationally with eXelate.
Prior to joining eXelate, Alain introduced behavioral targeting to France five years ago as Managing Director of Wunderloop France, a technology company acquired by Audience Science in July 2010.
As Managing Director of Espotting, Alain was the first to launch a sponsored link business in France.
Mr. Glenn T. Rieger is the Board Director of eXelate.
Rieger is a General Partner of NewSpring Ventures and a Partner of NewSpring Capital. Prior to joining NewSpring in 2004, he was a Co – Founder and Managing Director of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, inc., the management company that oversees the operations of three venture funds with over $350 million in assets under management.
He oversaw the operations of Cross Atlantic’s U.S. activities out of its Radnor, PA office and worked closely with several portfolio companies, including: Ecount, Gain Capital, and Management Dynamics.
Prior to Cross Atlantic, he was a Senior Vice President for Safeguard Scientifics (NYSE:SFE) in charge of business development. In this position, he developed and oversaw merger, acquisition, investment and exit opportunities for Safeguard. In addition, he served as a business partner and director for five of Safeguard’s partnership companies.
Evangelos Simoudis is the Board Director of eXelate.
He joined Trident Capital in 2005 as a Venture Partner and has been a Managing Director since 2007. Evangelos focuses on investments in Internet and Enterprise Software businesses.
Prior to Trident, Evangelos spent 5 years as a partner at Apax Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm where he invested and served on the boards of early and mid-stage IT companies. At Apax he also chaired the firms IT advisory board.
Prior to entering venture capital, Evangelos had more than 20 years experience in high-technology industries, in executive roles spanning operations, marketing, sales and engineering. His experience as a technology executive includes serving as President and CEO of Customer Analytics, a Trident-backed, eCRM company acquired by Xchange, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXAP), and as Vice President of Business Intelligence Solutions at IBM.
Martin Nisenholtz is the Board Director of eXelate.
He retired from The New York Times Company in January 2012 after almost 17 years with the organization. In February 2005, Mr. Nisenholtz was named corporate senior vice president, digital operations for The New York Times Company, responsible for the strategy development, operations and management of The New York Times Companys digital properties.
Mr. Nisenholtz was Chief Executive Officer of New York Times Digital from 1999 to 2005.
Previously, he was president of The New York Times Electronic Media Company from 1995 to 1999. In that role, he was the founding leader at NYTimes.com.
Prior to joining the Times Company, Mr. Nisenholtz was Director of Content Strategy for Ameritech Corporation, where he was responsible for guiding development of new video programming opportunities and interactive information and advertising services.

He has over 25 years of recognized leadership in the hi-tech entrepreneurial and investment scene. Shlomo Dovrat is the Co – Founder of the Viola Group, and General Partner and Co -Founder of Carmel Ventures, a top-tier Israeli venture capital firm, with over $600 million under management.
Mr. Dovrat has extensive experience in leading software companies from inception to successful IPOs or sales, as well as leading and mentoring high growth technology companies. Mr. Dovrat began his career as a hi-tech entrepreneur, eventually becoming CEO and Chairman of several leading high-tech companies.
Mr. Dovrat co-founded Oshap and served as its CEO and President, and later led it to its IPO on NASDAQ. Eventually, SunGard acquired Oshap for $220 million.

Mark has been with Menlo Ventures since 1996, and focuses on cloud computing technologies, data storage, and next generation digital advertising and its relation to new media. Marks current board seats include eXelate, Media6Degrees, Voltage Security, SpeedDate, Schooner Information Technology, and Invidi Technologies. Some of Marks past investments include 3PAR (HP), Pliant Technology (SNDK), RNA Networks (DELL), BlueGill (Checkfree), and Rubric Software.
Prior to joining Menlo Ventures, Mark was a Product Manager for Oracle Corporations Massively Parallel Processing Group. In this role, he was part of the team that developed and deployed one of the first true massively parallel and multi-threaded commercial software offerings the Oracle Parallel Server. Eventually, Mark started and managed a consulting group at Oracle dedicated to customers of this product.
Jon Mandel is the President & CEO at PrecisionDemand.
Jon Mandel, a 30 year veteran of the advertising, media, investment and communications industries, was appointed president and CEO of PrecisionDemand in January 2012. Jon is responsible for driving growth and accelerating the profitability of PrecisionDemand. Before joining PrecisionDemand, Jon served as the CEO at NielsenConnect, a subsidiary of The Nielsen Company. During his tenure he successfully integrated Nielsen ratings data with consumer behavior to create enriched business and targeting information.
Prior to Nielsen, Jon held a long-term executive position with Grey Global Group, and was also one of the drivers in the formation of MediaCom Worldwide, Inc. At MediaCom Worldwide Jon served as Chairman, Chief Global Buying Officer and Co-Chief Executive of MediaCom Latino.

Meir Zohar is the Co – Founder & Senior Advisor at eXelate.
As a member of eXelates executive team, Meir provides guidance on the companys overall market strategy while leading some of the companys key projects. Meir was the Founder and CEO of eXelate from since its launch in 2006 until December 2010, developing the companys vision, driving its launch and shepherding its subsequent growth to its position as the industrystandard data engine.
Prior to eXelate, Meir founded and launched Oridian in 1998, and led the company until late 2006, establishing Oridian as one of the leading global ad networks. Under his management, Oridian opened offices in Israel, U.S., Germany and the UK, reaching profitability and generating tens of millions of dollars in revenue. Meir continued to serve on Oridians Board and worked closely with its executive team until its successful sale to Y-Brant Digit in 2007.

Damian Garbaccio is the Chief Revenue Officer at eXelate.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Damian is responsible for all sales, account management and strategic data partnerships; advising media partners on best practices in data targeting and monetization. Over the last three and a half years Damian has exponentially grown exelates revenue and core data business, cementing partnerships with eXelates largest clients including Nielsen, MasterCard, Targus as well as Agencies, and key channel partners. With over twelve years of experience in digital media, online advertising and ecommerce, Damians seasoned business acumen and executive sales leadership continue to propel the company, especially his teams, to success.
Prior to eXelate Damian was most recently at Quantcast, online audience measurement company, where he served as the Publisher Group lead.
Previously, Damian was the Senior Director of Business Development (Behavioral Solutions) at AOLs Advertising.
Eric Bingham is the Chief Operating Officer of Undertone Networks, responsible for the company’s overall financial and operational management.
Prior to joining Undertone, Eric served as COO and CFO at Overpeer, Inc., a peer-to-peer anti-piracy, content distribution and marketing services firm. (now Before that, Eric was a co-founder and corporate officer at About.com.
As Senior Vice President of Business Operations, he helped guide the company from start-up in 1996 through its 1999 initial public offering and acquisition in 2001 by Primediaowned by The New York Times Company).
He was also responsible for the development of Sprinks, the company’s pay-for-performance advertising service, which was sold to Google Inc. in 2003. Eric has also held business development and operations positions at Home Box Office and News Corporation’s Internet division.
