Frank Fawzi is the President & CEO & Chairman of the Board at IntelePeer Inc.
In 2007, Frank joined IntelePeer as CEO. Frank is the guiding force in supporting the companys growth efforts in its drive to be the leading innovator of communications services and applications for top-tier carriers, voice service providers, enterprise software and web companies.
Between 1991 and 2001, Frank founded, built, and subsequently sold CommTech Corporation, a leader in the communications software sector, to ADC, a leading provider of broadband solutions for the telecommunication industry for $178M.
He also served on the Communications Board of the New Jersey Technology Council, which named CommTech #1 mid-stage company of the year in 1997.
Prior to founding CommTech, Frank worked with AT&T Bell Laboratories and other divisions of AT&T. While at AT&T, he was the Lead Data Communications Architect on a team responsible for AT&T being awarded a $1.4 billion contract from the U.S.
Margaret Norton is the Chief Marketing Officer at IntelePeer Inc.
She brings more than 20 years of Software and Telecommunications industry experience to IntelePeer, where she focuses on driving revenue growth and profitability from the IntelePeers enterprise services. Margaret leads product management, offer management, sales and marketing, and works closely with development, service provider sales and contact center sales in an integrated enterprise channel development organization.
Before joining IntelePeer, Margaret served as the President and CEO of Mobilitec, a global software and services company offering an integrated platform to provide content service delivery for mobile operators worldwide. At Mobilitec, she guided the companys expansion and growth through the companys purchase by Lucent (Alcatel-Lucent).
Margaret has also served as the General Manager and senior Vice President of Octel Communications.
Andre Simone is the Chief Financial Officer at IntelePeer Inc.
He has served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2007.
Before joining IntelePeer, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Dimatix, Inc., a provider of piezoelectric inkjet print heads, from February 2005 to October 2006.
Prior to Dimatix, Mr. Simone served as Chief Financial Officer of SAP Markets, Inc., a provider of technology platforms and business solutions, from November 2002 to December 2004.

Phil has over 20 years of engineering and operations expertise in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining IntelePeer, Phil was a Client Principal in the Americas Consulting & Integration vertical for Communications, Media, & Entertainment at Hewlett Packard Corporation.
Previously he held the position of Vice President of Operations for ooma Inc. where he was responsible for implementing all operations functions for a consumer VoIP venture funded start-up.
Bruce leads the Qualys legal team and oversees vital regulatory and governmental relations efforts. Bruce comes to Qualys from IntelePeer, Inc. where he managed their legal team and played a key role in setting policies and developing standards and practices across the company. Prior to joining IntelePeer, Bruce served as general counsel and corporate secretary at Openwave Systems, Inc., iPass Inc. and at AuraServ Communications. Previously, he was senior vice president of federal relations and regulatory law for US WEST Communications, and vice president of public policy and external affairs for MediaOne. In 1992, former Colorado Governor Roy Romer appointed Bruce to serve as executive director of the state’s Department of Administration. Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School.

Before Morgan Stanley, Bill was a General Partner of several venture capital partnerships affiliated with J. H. Whitney & Co.

Since December 2010, Keith has served as a Board Director of RigNet, Inc., a provider of network infrastructure services to the oil and gas industry.
Prior to RigNet, Keith served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of Switch and Data Facilities Company, Inc., a provider of network-neutral data centers, from February 2004 to May 2010.
Before joining Switch and Data, Keith served as a Vice President of AT&T, where he was responsible for indirect sales and global sales channel management, from May 1993 to February 2004.
Keith holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the State University of New York, Geneseo.
Lawrence Larry Irving has over 30 years of financial and telecommunications experience. Mr. Irving has served as CFO, Treasurer and Executive Vice President since joining Synchronoss in July, 2001 and oversees all financial, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and strategic planning activities.
Prior to joining, Mr. Irving served as CFO and Treasurer for both publicly traded companies and venture-backed companies, with the most recent being CommTech Corporation, a telecommunications software provider that was acquired by ADC Telecommunications.
Prior to CommTech, Mr. Irving had served as CFO of Holmes Protection Group, a publicly traded company which was acquired by Tyco International. In addition, he held extensive financial management and business development responsibilities at various companies.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Mike Jerich will focus on the company-wide sales and business development organizations, including enterprise and service provider sales, sales engineering and post-sales support.
With 15 years of Indirect Sales experience, Mike previously lead Level 3s Indirect Channel organization. He was responsible for the integration efforts between Level 3 and Global Crossing to combine their two award winning programs.
Prior to rejoining Level 3, Jerich was Channel Chief for Global Crossings Indirect Sales Channel. He developed and launched the companys Business Advantage Partner Program as part of its indirect sales strategy.

Before joining IntelePeer, Dan served as CFO & COO of Telco 214, Inc., a multi-national telecommunications services provider.
