Mike Fister
Mike Fister, Chairman of the Board, brings over 30 years of executive management experience in leading technology companies and is currently involved in several new ventures. In August 2011, he was appointed as CEO and board member of Enecsys, an innovative solar micro-inverter company operating in the United Kingdom and the Silicon Valley in California.
Previously, Mike spent five years as CEO of Cadence Design Systems Inc., where he and his team drove a revolutionary approach to EDA. Prior to Cadence Design Systems Inc., Mike spent over 20 years at Intel Corporation, managing many of the companys microprocessor developments, associated chipsets, software developments, and several vertical categories; most notably Intels penetration into the server market. Mike also sits on the board of SynapSense Corporation and is Chairman of the Board at Iceotope Ltd.

Bernd Kohlstruck
Bernd joined Enecsys after 9 years at Xantrex Technology Inc., where he was Vice President of Wind and European Solar Business and Managing Director, Berlin. Under his leadership, Xantrex developed into a strong European player in the commercial and industrial solar markets. He brings to Enecsys extensive experience in sales and marketing, and he is a well-known business leader in the solar and wind power electronics market.
His previous roles included Managing Director at Alstom/Ballard and leader of AEGs power supply systems and decentralized power supply business. Bernd is a qualified power electronics engineer, owns several patents in this field and participates in a number of sustainable energy councils.

Kevin Bushby
Kevin has over 30 years of experience managing and growing worldwide Field Sales Operations at both publicly and privately held companies.
Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations at Nangate Inc., a privately held company providing solutions for IC and semiconductor design optimization.
Prior to Nangate, Bushby worked at FastScale Technology as Chief Operating Officer, driving all aspects of Sales, Marketing and Professional Services; resulting in the company being acquired by VMware.
Before that, he worked at Cadence Design Systems from 1995 to 2008 most recently as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations during which he managed a 1,900 person team and drove $1.7B bookings.
Prior to Cadence, Bushby held various Vice President, Sales and Marketing positions at Unisys, Convergent Technologies and HP in the United States and Europe.

Simon Drury
Prior to joining CCC, Simon was a Director and then Founding Partner of Charterhouse Capital Partners, a highly successful European private equity firm. During his sixteen years at Charterhouse, Simon was involved in all forms of investment from venture to expansion capital and from small to large LBOs.
Prior to this, Simon worked as a Senior Engineer with Air Products Inc., the US gases group.
Simon has a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield.
He currently sits on the boards of Nualight and Metallkraft two of CPEs investee companies.

George Coelho
George joined Good Energies from Balderton Capital, formerly known as Benchmark Capital, Europe, which he co-founded in 2000. Good Energies has actively invested in technology companies in all stages of development in both Europe and North America.
George previously led Intel Corporations strategic venture capital investment outside the U.S. and, prior to that, was a founder of the group that evolved to become Intel Capital.
He has served in a number of senior positions in corporate finance. George holds a B.S. from The American University and an MBA from The George Washington, D. C. University.
He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the UK chapter of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs).

Bart Markus
Bart Markus joined Wellington Partners in April 2000. He concentrates on investments in the fields of software and electronics and is currently managing the firms investments in Agnion, Enecsys, EnOcean, EnStorage, GLO, and Replisaurus, in addition to Cavendish Kinetics. During his involvement, former Wellington portfolio companies Covast (initially based in the Netherlands) and Meiosys (initially based in France) relocated their commercial operations to the United States to further accelerate their growth.
Mr. Markus began his career as a process control systems and later project engineer with Shell in Norway.
In 1995 he joined McKinsey as an associate, working mainly on strategic projects in the Netherlands and South Africa. After earning his MBA in 1997, he worked for HAL Investments as a private equity investment manager with a special focus on new technologies. One of his early investments was the Series A investment in Navteq (NASDAQ: NVT).

Mossadiq Umedaly
In April 2010, Mossadiq S. Umedaly joined Wellington Partners as Venture Partner to strengthen the resource efficiency team. He has over 22 years of experience growing resource efficiency businesses.
In 2009, Umedaly became the Executive Chairman of Enecsys Ltd., a world leading solar micro inverter company. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, he was the chairman of BC Hydro, a $5 billion electric utility.
From 1999 to 2008, as Chairman and CEO of power electronics company Xantrex Technology Inc., he transformed the $10 million test and measurement Company into a world leader in renewable power markets, took it public and ultimately sold it in 2008 to strategic acquirers for $500 million.
From 1990 to 1998 he drove the growth of fuel cell pioneer Ballard Power Systems as VP and CFO; during his tenure the company went public and increased its market capitalization from $10 million to $6 billion.
