Mike has over 40 years retail and marketing experience. The intial offer to participate in this project wa for Mike and his wife Rita to operate the store in return for 25% equity
Current owner is unwilling to change some highly questionable practices the most glaring of which is lack of a pos system. Additionally the store until now the current owner followed one of Mikes recomendations that the store have regular hours. None of the other suggestions hve been followed. Mike clearly pointed oiut within a 10 block square area there are aprox 15000 residents with a significant number being Senior Citizens To date there has been no attempt to market to the entier population or even a small segment of it
