As President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank leads the company’s vision to materially improve the financial and operational performance of companies through the use of best-in-class pricing and profitability management. Frank joined Nomis Solutions in 2005 as VP of Sales and Marketing and was responsible for the market development and initial customer acquisition efforts of the company.
Frank brings 15 years of financial services domain expertise to the company. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Decision Management at Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FIC), where he was responsible for development and marketing of optimization solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to Fair Isaac, Frank was Vice President of Product Development for eCoverage, an online insurance company, as well as an Associate in the Financial Services practice at Mercer Management Consulting.
Karen Beale joined Nomis Solutions in 2007 as Vice President of Sales. To this position, Karen brings over 15 years of global financial services experience. She will oversee the expansion of Nomis Solutions’ global sales organization to meet the growing demand for Nomis Solutions’ award-winning suite of solutions. She will also ensure the suite is evolving to meet the needs of new customers.
Prior to joining Nomis Solutions, Karen held various leadership roles within Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE:FIC), the most recent as Vice President, ICN Leader, Large North American Banks. In this role, Karen led the client teams responsible for customer satisfaction and new business development across 20 of the largest North American Financial Institutions and had responsibility for a large multi-million dollar P&L business unit.
Sriram Kumar heads the product development group at Nomis. Sriram brings over 13 years of global experience in the area of enterprise software development for Financial Services and Supply Chain Management. Prior to Nomis, Sriram was an Advanced Member of Technical Staff at i2 Technologies where he won several accolades for his technical contributions including Customer Satisfaction awards for Toshiba and Carnival Cruise implementations. He has also held senior development roles at Impetus Technologies and Novell’s India Development Center in Bangalore, India. Sriram received his MS degree in information systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and his M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
Prashant Balepur is Vice President, Product Management at Nomis Solutions. He is responsible for the strategy and tactical development of Nomis’ market-leading Pricing & Profitability Management SaaS platform and solution suite. Nomis’ Product team is focused on addressing the needs of Nomis’ users, customers and the broader industry by combining world-class Pricing Analytics & Optimization science with best-in-class user experience delivered through a powerful technology platform.
Prashant brings over 15 years of Product Management and Product Development experience in building and launching Pricing Optimization, Marketing Analytics and Revenue Management solutions for the Retail Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Products and Airline industries. He started his career at Talus (acquired by Manugistics) – a Pricing & Revenue Management pioneer – where he first witnessed the awesome power of business analytics and pricing optimization.
Dennis has been helping evolve the professional services capabilities of Nomis Solutions since joining the company in 2006. As Vice President of Services, he is responsible for worldwide delivery and support of Nomis’ solutions. His team is focused on assisting customers successfully integrate Nomis’ solutions into their business processes and helping customers derive ongoing value and insights from usage of Nomis’ solutions.
Prior to joining Nomis, Dennis worked for over 10 years in a variety of roles at Sabre Airline Solutions, helping airlines in the United States and around the globe achieve financial and operational benefits through Sabre’s price optimization solutions within the yield management / revenue management function.
Dennis received a Master’s in Operations Research from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Jeffrey Schwartz is a Managing Director and Founding Partner of Bain Capital Ventures. Prior to joininh Bain Capital Ventures in 2000, Mr. Schwartz worked at Wellington Management company, where he was a portfolio manager for several public equities funds. He also served in the Equity Capital Markers Group of Merrill Lynch. In addition to his firm and portfolio company responsibilities, Mr. Schwartz serves on the Board of MetroLacrosse and the Investment Committee of the Noble and Greenough School. He also coaches several youth athletic teams.
Mr. Schwartz received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Mankoff is an Independent Director and Advisor. He was formerly senior vice president of global and technical services at Siebel Systems, Inc. He was a member of the Founder’s Circle of first employees and the Siebel executive management team. As senior vice president of Global and Technical Services, he was responsible for Siebel’s global Expert Services, Education, Professional Services, Quality Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Support, Customer Satisfaction and Offshore Development programs. The combined organization had over 2,100 employees, over 700 dedicated contractors and annual revenue of approximately $1 billion. Prior to Siebel, he held various product, marketing, and sales management positions at several software companies including Oracle. He serves on the boards of ConvergeOne, Nomis Solutions, SignalDemand, and Virtual Instruments and on the advisory boards of multiple software companies.

Steven Mankoff is an independent director and advisor in the technology industry and currently serves on the Boards of ConvergeOne, Insurity, Netsmart Technologies, Nomis Solutions SignalDemand, and Virtual Instruments.
Steve also serves on the strategic advisory boards of C3 and Genstar Capital and is an advisor to Cloud9 Analytics, GramercyOne, Kepha Partners, Nuevora, and TD Fund. Previously, Steve worked as Senior Vice President Global and Technical Services at Siebel Systems, Inc. which was acquired by Oracle Corporation in 2006.

Scott joined Bain Capital Ventures in 2006 after selling the company he co-founded, ProfitLogic, to Oracle. ProfitLogic was the leader in the world of retail analytics and price optimization solutions. Through the experience of building ProfitLogic from its initial three founders to a 300 person global software and solutions business serving the retail industry, Scott had the opportunity to get to know many of the most influential executives in the retail and apparel brand world. Not surprisingly, Scotts areas of investment interest since joining BCV have revolved around the retail ecosystem, both online and offline as well as the convergence of the two, and he finds himself splitting time between New York City and Boston.
Prior to Bain Capital Ventures, Scott was Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board and VP of Marketing & Science for Oracle Retail.
Bob Todd is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience with technology companies. He has founded or been a founding investor/director in several startups, two of which are now public companies with combined annual sales in excess of $6 billion.
Bob’s operating experience includes 10 years as a founder and CEO of Flextronics, and five years as the CEO of CAS, Inc. Bob has an M.B.A. from Stanford University and an A.B. in statistics from Princeton University.
Sriram is the Chief Technology Officer at Wave Crest responsible for software development, platform architecture and delivery of software systems. Sriram has had a long technology career spanning 20 years at leading companies including PartyGaming, Nomis Solutions, I2, Alta-Vista, HP and Infosys. Srirams experience includes exposure to a wide range of technologies, distributed systems, high scalability web architectures, systems automation and real-time analytics.
As the Chief Software Architect at PartyGaming, he managed the transformation of the system architecture from a monolithic system to SOA/Event based architecture. He also managed the enterprise architecture group which included R&D labs, system architecture, automation group, performance and monitoring engineering labs, developer productivity tools, development and governance processes.

Dr. Phillips is responsible for ensuring that Nomis Solutions’ analytics continue to be best-in-class and generate the highest level of value to customers. He is also responsible for leading Nomis Solutions’ cutting-edge research and development efforts.
Before founding Nomis, Dr. Phillips served as Chief Technology Officer of Manugistics where he was the key visionary for Manugistics’ Pricing and Revenue Optimization and Enterprise Profit Optimization solutions. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Phillips has helped leading companies optimize price and revenue within a wide variety of industries including airlines, rental cars, hotels, automotive, electric power, freight transportation, and manufacturing.
