Arthur Papas
As Bullhorns co-founder and CEO, Art has led Bullhorn through ten consecutive years of user growth.
Today, more than 200,000 recruiters rely on Bullhorn software to hire people for more than one million job openings every year. Art speaks regularly at industry and financial events and has appeared on TV and radio programs including NPR, NECN, and more.
He sits on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Staffing Association and Portfolio Science Inc. Art was recently named to the Board of Directors of Career Collaborative a nonprofit helping low-income adults find and keep jobs with career potential.
Prior to starting Bullhorn, Art developed software for Thomson Reuters, where he co-designed and built First Call Insight. Art is a Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude graduate of Tufts University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
Chief Operating Officer
Justin Teague
As Bullhorns Chief Operating Officer (COO), Justin is responsible for managing all operational aspects of Bullhorns customer success initiatives.
Justin directs all customer-facing departments, including professional services, customer services and support, and sales.
Prior to joining Bullhorn, Justin was the divisional vice president and general manager for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC). Prior to PTC, Justin held various sales positions at The Learning Company, a leading educational and consumer software company.
Justin attended Providence College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a minor in finance.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Sheehan
Tom Sheehan currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bullhorn.
He joined the company in 2013 and is responsible for the oversight of Bullhorns financial, accounting, legal and strategic planning functions.
Tom brings to Bullhorn more than 30 years of financial and operational management experience at leading technology companies. Prior to Bullhorn, Tom served for six years as CFO for Crossbeam Systems, Inc., a leading network security platform company.
In his role, he drove significant operating improvements and served as acting CEO of the company for one year. Tom has also served as CFO at a number of other companies during his career including Egenera, Inc., The MacGregor Group, Inc., and Fidelity Technology Solutions.
Tom attended Syracuse University in New York where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Vice President Marketing
Andrew Hally
Andrew leads the Bullhorn product teams work defining product direction.
He also manages the marketing function in generating demand, communicating the Bullhorn story, and driving and supporting a customer-centric business culture.
Prior to Bullhorn, Andrew was the Vice President of Product Marketing at Unica Corporation, a leading global provider of enterprise and on-demand software for marketing organizations.
Before Unica, he headed the marketing team at SensAble Technologies and held marketing and product management positions at White Pine Software.
Andrew graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from Harvard University.
Vice President Development
Matt Fischer
As Vice President of Development, Matt leads Bullhorn’s architectural, technical, and software design and development efforts.
Since joining Bullhorn in 2004, Matt has held a variety of strategic leadership positions managing the growth of various technical and services teams, including Vice President of Professional Services.
Prior to Bullhorn, Matt worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers specializing in systems process assurance for such companies as Fidelity and State Street Global Advisors.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University’s School of Management
Vice President Sales
Mike Perozek
As Bullhorn’s Vice President of Sales, Mike drives the companys North American revenue growth including business development.
Mike brings 15 years of experience in managing sales, business development, and customer success programs at market-leading software companies such as Kenan Systems (a division of Lucent Technologies), and Emptoris, Inc. (an IBM company).
Mike earned a Bachelors degree in Economics and History at Stanford University and an MBA from MITs Sloan School of Management.
Director
Bob Davis
Bob is a General Partner at Highland focusing primarily on digital media and the internet and has been with our team since 2001. He currently represents Highland on the boards of Bullhorn, Going, Hangout Industries, NameMedia, Paragon Lake, Quattro Wireless and Turbine and previously served on the board of Fastclick (Acquired by VCLK) until its successful merger with ValueClick (Nasdaq: VCLK), Quigo (acquired by AOL) and Navic (acquired by MSFT).
Bob is the best-selling author of “Speed is Life: Street Smart Lessons from the Front Lines of Business (Currency).”
Background
Prior to joining Highland, Bob served as the Chief Executive Officer of Terra Lycos (TRLY) formed in October 2000 with the $5.5 billion acquisition of Lycos by Terra Networks of Spain.
Peter Linas
Peter Linas oversees Bullhorns international operations across EMEA and Asia Pacific in his role as International Managing Director.
Previous to launching Bullhorns business in EMEA, Peter has built an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry based over 20 years experience. Starting work in the late 1980s as a Resourcer, Peter worked his way through the traditional recruitment structure leading to successful Director roles in Parity, PRG-Schultz and iProfile.
Matt Nichols
Matt is CFO and Board Member at Gemvara.com, a revolutionary eCommerce company that seeks to become the largest jeweler in the world with its inventory-free model.
Prior to Gemvara, Matt was a Principal at Highland focusing on information technology investments with a specialty in digital media, e-commerce and online marketing.
Matt was responsible for sourcing and managing investments in Bullhorn (acquired by Vista Equity), Gemvara, Pixable, and OpenSky. He also represented Highland on the board of U.S. Search (acquired by Intellius) and was actively involved with Going.com (acquired by AOL), Quigo (acquired by AOL), and Turbine (acquired by Warner Brothers).
