Millennials are lost! 25% of millennials expect to leave their current job in less than one year (Deloitte).
Millennials’ early adult lives have been shaped by establishing careers when opportunities are scarce (’08 crisis), giving them no opportunity to choose the right career, which leads a generation of unhappy people at work (White House Millennials Report).
When seeking for career advice and guidance, millennials usually find a lot of information online – articles, videos, and blogs, but none of them offer a real world, live interaction (from founders’ experience). That’s why we decided to create Knowe.- your personal career advisor. Knowe offers Users the opportunity to connect and have one-on-one, live mentoring interactions with Advisors (1-hr minimum) in a number of specializations and professions across the globe

B2C: Users will be abler to browse advisors and book video sessions. 1 hour for 3 different price ranges (From 59.90 usd – 99.90 usd). Knowe will have a take rate of 20 to 30%.
B2B: Knowe Corporate: white label solution to companies. Offering a wide spectrum of advisors to their employees. In this model, the company will have the option to delete some of the advisors. Competitors and others. We will offer them long-term contracts, selling X numbers of sessions for a reasonable price.
B2B: Knowe Educational- We would like to offer contracts to colleges, universities and schools as partners to their career centers. In this modality, we imagine splitting part of our take rate with them. It would be a revenue model to the educational system + added value to the institutional.
Bruno is Knowe Founder & CEO. Before founding Knowe, he worked as Equity Sales Trader in global banks such as Banco Safra and Santander, then opened his own Investment House, Forbi. After two years as an entrepreneur, Bruno changed the direction of his career and became a Headhunter at Page Executive, part of Page Group. During his six years within Page Executive, Bruno lived in São Paulo (Brazil), Santiago (Chile) and last in New York City (US), when he realized it was time for the new challenge. As a millennial himself, Bruno was looking for happiness in his day to day activity and end up seeing that people seek for mentoring and guidance in their work and there was no company in the market providing this kind of service in a more structured way, so the idea of Knowe was born. With Knowe, Bruno wants to offer real world experiences to people who like to chat about career and look for advice from professionals that are in the market.
