Mr. Bareket joined Netformx in 2000 and had responsibility for sales, marketing, and operations before being appointed CEO in the summer of 2005.
Previously he held positions at Mercury Interactive Corporation (now HP) including President of Mercury Interactive Japan K.K. and General Manager for Japan and Korea.
Mr. Porat has over 30 years of experience in software development, primarily in the networking industry, with significant experience in the field of design automation, network life-cycle management and online business flow. Mr. Porat in 2010 moved from his role as Vice President of Solutions Delivery to the role of Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to joining Netformx he was the chief architect for 3Com’s online converged network design initiatives. At 3Com his team developed solutions for VoIP, LAN, WAN, Wireless and Security design solutions based on his teams’ patented network design platform developed at Netliant which he co-founded in 1999 and served as its CTO.
Prior to Netliant Mr. Porat was the director of product development at Visionael, VP of engineering at Network Tools, Senior Engineer at Optimal Networks and Principal Engineer at Synoptics communication.
Mr. Alexopulos brings more than 25 years of high technology sales and service expertise to his role leading Netformx’s IT, operations and services organization.
With extensive experience serving the needs of IT resellers, communications service providers and large enterprise customers, Mr. Alexopulos is focused on delivering service solutions that enhance the productivity of Netformx customers.
Prior to Netformx, Mr. Alexopulos lead IT Reseller enablement, Strategic sales efforts and product development over 6 years at Encover, a provider of service sales automation solutions for the high technology industry.
In 2001, he co-founded Movana LLC, a provider of outsourced service contract sales solutions that was acquired by Encover. Previously, he spent 10 years at Clarify, a leading CRM software vendor, as architect and chief marketeer of industry leading OSS/BSS solutions for telecom service providers.
Mr. Ben-Tzvi brings to Netformx over 14 years of financial management expertise building the financial and operational infrastructure for fast growing high tech companies.
His most recent position, as Chief Financial Officer at Radiancy Ltd (Leading manufacturer of light-based products for medical and aesthetic skin) included managing the finance, operations, information systems and human resource functions.
Prior to that Mr. Ben-Tzvi served as the CFO of Kidron, the Kidron group includes several private companies and one publicly traded company, all of which are operating in various industrial and commercial fields.
He also served as the V.P. Finance of Sphera Technologies a software company.
Mr. Ben-Tzvi holds a BA in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the Tel Aviv Business College.
Mr. Alexander is responsible for our strategic sales teams in the Americas and APAC.
During his 8 years at Netformx, he has significantly increased revenue, customer success and global expansion with market leading CSPs and Integrators such as AT&T, Verizon, IBM, NexusIS, Sprint, Telefonica, Dimension Data, Telstra, Telus and WWT.
He has also fueled the companys growth by forging strategic alliances with Avaya, Shoretel, Polycom, Adtran, and in 2012 achieved a companywide adoption of Netformx solutions at Juniper Networks. Focused on helping our customers create and sell the solutions that power their businesses, he solves strategic business challenges with expert industry knowledge, creative problem solving and best in class solutions.
Mr. Alexander leads a successful team of account executives leveraging his 16 years of technical sales experience at IBM, Rational Software, Latitude Communications and Hitachi Medical Systems.
Mr. Trembley is responsible for all marketing and product strategy responsibilities including contributing industry analysis and customer requirements to define overall product direction.
His more than nineteen years experience in telecommunications and networking include: Vice President for Xeround and management roles with Oracle and TimesTen.
For over a decade he has been an official speaker and subject matter expert at industry events and with analysts and reporters.
John has also held management positions at NewTERA, GST Telecom (now Time Warner Telecom), Electric Lightwave (now Integra Telecom) and Atlas Telecom.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Willamette University.
Mr. Gerably joined Netformx in April 2010. He brings over 15 years of experience in development of complex computer systems, ranging from embedded to large scale data driven applications.
Prior to joining Netformx, Mr Gerably was Microsoft’s professional services CTO in Israel, and a senior Architect. Responsibilities included providing Microsoft’s technological leadership in some of the most complicated projects taking place in the Israeli market.
His main focus was the Enterprise and Defense sectors, where Microsoft’s technology is utilized to drive high levels of scale and complexity.
Gerably has also held leadership positions in Israel’s Ministry of Defense and Nuvisio Corporation, managing R&D groups and the organization’s strategic technological roadmap.
Steve Bamberger is Chief Operating Officer at Netformx, with responsibility for global field operations including sales, marketing, and services (including the company’s Knowledge as a Service offering. He is a 21-year veteran of the software industry. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years with Accenture working with the world’s leading communications service providers. He has spent the last fourteen years with Silicon Valley software companies, where he has held executive positions in sales, marketing, and business development with Clarify (now Amdocs), Cygent (now Convergys), Vitria Technology, Siebel Systems, and Oracle Corporation.
Ms. Morarity-Breunig joined Netformx in January 2010 bringing over 25 years of marketing experience primarily in the telecommunications industry. Leveraging her experience in all aspects of marketing she will focus on driving awareness of the Netformx offerings through all mediums and touch points.
Prior to joining Netformx, Ms. Morarity-Breunig worked for the TM Forum as an event director managing their key conferences with responsibility for everything from sales and marketing, to conference content, logistics and profit and loss margins.
She brings a wealth of knowledge on marketing success indicators as well as key industry connections. Serving 10 years as an event director with Objective Systems Integrators she focused on driving the delivery of new products, marketing content and collateral delivery to increase event impact and awareness.
Ms. Morarity-Breunig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
Ms. Harvey is responsible for all aspects of the companys Global Human Resources including performance management, leadership development, training and development programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, employee relations, and continuing evolvement of the companys culture.
Ms. Harvey brings more than 20 years experience driving the development of human resources excellence in the global high-tech environment.
Most recently her expertise has been employed to create enterprise level global human resources programs from foundation for growing companies.
Prior to joining Netformx, she was the Director of Human Resources for Everdream Corporation where she was instrumental in the Dell, Inc. acquisition.
Previously, she was the Worldwide Group Director of Human Resources for Sybase, Inc. where she facilitated the spin-off of the iAnywhere mobile division, and integrated mergers and acquisitions. She also held a senior Human Resources role at Siemens Pyramid.
Amir joined Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and formed Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) in 2006. He focuses on investments in payments and software. Amir also oversees SIG’s broader private equity investing activities in the United States, Europe, and Israel. He currently sits on the boards of PaySimple, JK Group, MMIT, Netformx and iCIMS. He previously served on the boards of CashEdge (acquired by Fiserv), Plimus (acquired by Great Hill Partners), and ESP Technologies (acquired by Investment Technology Group).
Amir brings more than 15 years of technology investing experience to SGE. He previously led growth investments in financial technology and software at TL Ventures and BRM Capital. He was also an investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he was involved in several public offerings and M&A transactions.
Jonathan Klahr joined SGE in 2007 and focuses on payments, transaction processing, and internet companies. He currently serves on the boards of Netformx, Offers.com, SkyBox, The Logic Group, Wisair and iCIMS. Previously, he was on the board of Plimus (sold to Great Hill Partners).
Jonathan previously led investments in software and internet companies at BRM Capital. He also has operational experience with technology start-ups.
His previous investments include Fraud Sciences (acquired by eBay/PayPal), Gigaspaces, Pando, and Supportspace. He has also worked closely with portfolio companies such as Whale Communications (acquired by Microsoft) and Prosight (acquired by Primavera).
Jonathan holds an M.B.A. from Hebrew University and a B.A. in War Studies from Kings College, London where he was the recipient of the prestigious Simon O’Dwyer Russell Outstanding Student Award.
