Our invention is a shopping cart mounted, locationally aware merchandising device that delivers point of purchase advertising – considered by many to be the holy grail of Advertising placement. Our patent pending device brings together the advances in mobile, wireless, and internet technology to deliver appealing food advertising based on the shopping cart location within the supermarket.

Bob is a serial entrepreneur with 4 successful technology start-ups on his resume and 16 years in the institutional food industry. Bob was the lead Executive of the Mueller Food Service Key System, which rolled out in 1983. This was a lap-top bar-code driven system of online ordering, recipe management, and nutritional analysis for the institutional food customers in Wisconsin. Bob has been involved in digital marketing since 1994.
Bob was the co-founder and CEO/President of Systems & Programming Solutions and during that time the company was selected to the Inc 500 list of top growth companies in the US in 1992 & 1993. The growth rate in 1992 was 1,135% as calculated by Inc. Bob managed a staff of 35 developers creating custom software for over 85 clients that read like a Who’s Who of the Milwaukee business community.
Bob is the founder and CEO of Systems & Marketing Solutions an Advertising Agency with a specialization in Google Adwords.
Marvin Byrd is an EEE graduate from Cal Poly with 5 years of industry experience and is the driving force behind our technical innovation. Much of his experience is the DOD and cannot be discussed in detail but clearly he was designing electronics for the most hostile of environments. Marvin is currently a security engineer at an information security and assurance firm.
Marvin’s father has been a Supermarket Manager for Albertson’s for the last 26 years so Marvin has been around supermarket issues most of his life and he understands the manager’s perspective.
Michael is an experienced rainmaker in the digital marketing field. He has over the last decade proven three times that he can deliver national brands to smaller technology businesses. At Web Associates (now Rosetta) he lead efforts that delivered divisional websites to Visa International, Apple, and Hewlett Packard. At Elements Local (recently acquired by Bridgeline Digital) he brought in business from major brands including Sport Clips, Glass Doctor, LensCrafters, Pearl Vision, Home Helpers, Maaco, Paul Davis Restoration, Certa Pro Painters, Snap Fitness, ColorTyme and many others.
