Richard Greco has over 30 years of global experience in the internet and telecommunications industries in leadership roles. In addition to being Chairman and CEO of Cellcrypt, Richard is Chairman and CEO of Treasure Investments Limited, a company that invests in broadband enabled services and technology companies. Richard was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bulldog Communications Limited, a UK based provider of broadband services which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.
Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and Director of NASDAQ listed, UK-based, ICO Global Communications a global mobile satellite services provider. Prior to ICO, Richard served as President of NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world’s leading provider of satellite-based internet connectivity services. He spent 10 years at Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and general management positions. Richard earned his BA in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.
David Rivington has over 20 years of global experience in fast moving technology businesses. He was Chief Operating Officer of Macropolitan Limited, a wireless wholesale broadband infrastructure provider, sold to Macquarie Wireless in 2007. Previously, he was a founder of Bulldog Communications where he held a number of senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, a role he retained for 12 months after exit. In both cases he led the exit transaction team of the selling company.
He spent 8 years at Apple Computer in a variety of senior roles in Paris and California, including Director of Product Planning for Apple Europe. He has worked as a researcher for Goldman Sachs and as a staff journalist for The Economist. He has an MBA from the London Business School and a degree in engineering from Queens University in Kingston Ontario Canada.
Dr. Andy Lilly has over 20 years of leadership experience covering voice, video and IP software technologies. As Director of Engineering at Trinity Convergence he built a world-leading team of voice and video-over-IP developers providing software solutions for customers such as Sony and Philips. Previous Development Manager roles at Nortel Networks and Radiant Networks included delivering software and hardware for broadband mesh networks, Internet over power lines, novel MPLS network routers, terabit optical switches and various military radio, radar and adaptive antenna applications. Most recently, Andy led several software developments for Europes principal satellite developer, EADS Astrium.
Andy holds a PhD in radar modeling from University College London and a BEng Hons from the University of Surrey.
