The Malach Group, LLC is the developer, manufacturer and distributor of a specialized aerosol artist paint. The company markets the paint under the brand name of Plutonium Paint. Mr. Fleischer has over 40 years experience in manufacturing and distribution. In 1964 while still in high school Mr. Fleischer took a commission -only sales job selling beauty supplies to Detroit area beauty salons. Within six months he was the top sales producer and negotiated a deal to purchase the company. Mr. Fleischer made the company profitable and sold it in 1970 for a price in multiples of what he paid for it. Mr. Fleischer then purchased, managed and sold two other major manufacturing and distribution companies prior to founding Plutonium Paint. Most all of Mr. Fleischer’s past business associates would agree that he has a unique aptitude for the manufacturing and distribution business.
Meredith Fleischer is the Marketing Manager for the company. Ms. Fleischer earned her degree in photographic art from the Center For Creative Studies in Detroit , Michigan. She earned a masters degree from The Cranbrook Institute Of Art. Prior to joining the Plutonium team she was the art director for a mid-size advertising agency in new York City. In her capacity as marketing director Meredith works with customers in introducing them to the technical elements of Plutonium Paint that make it the superior product in its market segment.. Further, she coordinates all social media and promotional events for the company.
William Korman is the Operations Manager of the company. In his capacity as operations manager Mr. Korman is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are filled correctly and shipped on time. Further, Mr. Korman is active in the development of the company’s “Point of Sale materials, website development and managing the company’s IT functions.
Mr. Berry has been managing organizations since 1970. His first management experience was as an Infantry platoon leader in the U.S. Army. After leaving the Army in 1973 Mr. Berry began a business career in which he served as the CEO of various business. In most cases Mr. Berry was an equity owner in most of the companies he managed. Thereby, living to the mantra of having “skin in the game”. In addition to running established operations Mr. Berry has developed “start Up” businesses and has been active in the mergers and acquisitions area.
