Jason “the Money Man” Kwicien: Jason is one of the two founding management team members of LocalUp and is Chief Operating Officer. Since LocalUps inception, Jason has had general management responsibility for the companys operations and has overseen accounting functions, customer service functions, and HR functions, and has been a key architect behind the companys technology infrastructure that supports its service offerings. He is responsible for the companys interaction with its three major constituencies: licensees, restaurant owners and site users/consumers. Jason attended Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a B.S. in Marketing.
Steve “the Dev” Saporta: Steve was hired to lead and oversee LocalUps technology development objectives and to meet company goals and milestones. His first entrepreneurial experience was with Midi, Inc. Starting as Midi’s third employee, he worked on numerous interactive video and e-learning projects, rising to the rank of Chief Technology Officer. After the acquisition of Midi by SAI Global, Steve stayed on in the role of Technology Manager, Americas, overseeing the design, development, hosting and support of web-based applications serving more than one million users. Steve has been a presenter at venues such as The Training Conference and Streaming Media East as well as a guest lecturer at The College of New Jersey. Steve received his degree in Computer Science from Princeton University.
Chris is the current CEO and Co-Founder of OrderUp. Since OrderUps inception, Chris has been a key architect behind the company’s business model, distribution strategy, stakeholder relations, product development, and financial modeling. Additionally, he is responsible for evaluating future acquisitions and partner relations. Chris is also heavily involved in the day-to-day operations and manages sales and marketing efforts in company owned markets, which has allowed him to successfully train and support franchisees in all aspects of the business model. Chris attended Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a B.S. in Finance. He was recently recognized as the Penn State University, Bischoff Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR).
Justin “gettin’ the word out” Abbott Chalew: Justin has worked for technology startups for a number of years now, and brings a wealth of business development and online marketing experience to LocalUp. At LocalUp he works to develop new markets and bring on new licensees, overseeing marketing to both the entrepreneur and the end-user. Justin is a Tar Heel, with a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and further graduate level studies in Europe.
Mike “the Analyst” Glenn: Mike began his career with LocalUp as a content management technician after 34 years as a process development chemist with FMC Corporation in Princeton, NJ. He has since taken on responsibilities as VP of Analytics, where he provides marketing and accounting analytical support to the management team and LocalUp licensees. His responsibilities in this role also include managing and maintaining internal and third party reporting and business intelligence applications.
Dan “the Personal Trainer” Glazer: Dan has been working with LocalUp for over four years now. Dan launched EatCU.com in 2007 and built EatCU into one of LocalUp’s biggest online ordering sites. Shortly thereafter, Dan began consulting other markets on how to replicate his success. As one of the original licensees of the product and now a Director of Account Management with LocalUp, Dan has been on all sides of LocalUp’s operations. Today, Dan helps new licensees grow their businesses and manages several of LocalUp’s technology initiatives. Dan attended the University of Illinois where he received a BA in Economics and Business.

Evelina “the Menu Maven” Blanche: Evelina began her career with LocalUp as a Content Representative and was quickly promoted to Online Ordering Content Manager making her an expert on the functionality of our Online Ordering System. She manages all work flow that passes between Licensee & Restaurant that pertains to their Online Ordering menu to ensure accurate and timely completion of all requests. Evelina also plays a key role in improving our Content Department by assisting with the implementation of more automated and efficient processes to guarantee satisifcation from all our customers. Evelina attended University of Maryland Baltimore County, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.
