MidSouth originates investment groups that acquire and operate large-scale apartment properties nationwide.
Founded by 30-year industry veteran Rick Courtney to take advantage of the huge emerging online offering market, MidSouth was formed to originate and manage investment funds that acquire and operate large-scale apartment properties nationwide.
The Company’s focus is on middle-market ($10m-$50m) apartment properties and it seeks stable (core-plus), as well as value-add and development opportunities with appropriate risk-adjusted returns.
MidSouth’s primary objective is to preserve and grow our partners capital through the cash flow and appreciation potential of large-scale apartment investing.
MidSouth will be the originating entity (parent company) on an ongoing basis of multiple investment funds. The Company will take a lead investor position by making a 10% co-investment in each of the funds it originates.
