We create high environmental value from recycling mining waste. Innovative Recycling, Inc. owns technology providing the means to extract gold and other precious metals from abandoned mining materials. Revenue is from royalties and direct sales.
These materials are complex and difficult to manipulate which is why the Company has developed its proprietary technology to be able to recover precious metals and other derived materials that have demand in the current market.

The immediate source area in southeastern Arizona provides obtainable resources that Management anticipates should last 50 years or more. In the western states where mining has been a way of life since the 1800’s the possible resource sites produces almost limitless possibilities. Because of this, the Company has decided to focus on Southern Arizona and extend out to cover the geologic area where a wealth of old mining sites exist. Many of these are accessible and were worked from the 1800’s and closed prior to 1960.
The remaining deposits are characterized as static materials without serious active environmental activity. Those materials which are abandoned are usually from flotation and smelting operations.
After the more valuable metals have been removed the resulting materials are benign and are marketable materials in the construction and agricultural land development sectors providing us full use of the recycled mining materials. Innovative Recycling provides sustainable economic benefits by providing long term jobs along with ecological benefits to our precious watersheds.
We invite potential accredited investors to carefully review the Company’s Private Placement Memorandum ( PPM) for information about our planned operations, risks related to investing, and other pertinent disclosure information. Investors are encouraged to call and ask questions of management regarding the Company’s operations or this offering. (See Links in News / Links Section)
Recovering waste mineral values from mining waste.
Kevin Rasch has an extensive background in General Engineering Contracting, including environmental remediation and hazardous materials certification spanning over four decades beginning in Iowa and later in California and Arizona where he has provided his companies the required licensing qualifications. The majority of the projects he completed involved excavation, grading, and material handling along with piping systems and soil stabilization. His experience has included multi-million dollar site remediation and reclamation projects involving containment, remediation, and closure phases. He has lead the way by introducing a further benefit to land owners through the development of long term uses for waste cleanup sites that brings added value to the overall picture. This was displayed by several projects where he introduced a value engineering approach which is usually very well received by the project owner.
After his degree in Architecture, Andrew began a career which has spanned land development, architecture, information technologies and business consulting. Over the past 15 years Andrew has focused on strengthening existing businesses and mentoring startups in Tucson, AZ, one of the most dynamic startup communities in the US. Andrew brings his wealth of knowledge and experience in a varied work background with clients from the Fortune 50 to emerging startups.

Marc’s time at IBM began as a systems and network engineer. Later he changed his focus to system testing. The focus is on software and hardware integration. As a test engineer he increased the quality, security and performance of network deployments. Marc also owned a general contracting / custom home building company from 2005 until 2014 providing a high quality product in a very tight market while still making an above average 5% profit. To be successful at contracting he honed his project management skills. In 2014 he shifted his focus entirely to Innovation Recycling where he brings together his talents of engineering, testing, and project management.
In his free time Marc enjoys hiking, playing Frisbee, learning foreign languages, and most importantly spending time with his beautiful daughters. One of which is attending Northern Arizona University on a academic scholarship and another is an aspiring surgeon.
