The Program uses a unique Socio-Economic Resource Development process that decreases risk and improves profitability with local socio-economic development. Our proprietary operations model incorporates scientifically based resource and mineral operations, assay, “conflict and human rights abuse free mineral” certification, value added minerals production with local economic development . The existing minerals certification processes are not successful in addressing Dodd-Frank & EU supply chain compliance. We combine remote solar, bio-mass and hydro powered generation mini-grids & local job creation with mineral value added processes and certification the overall profitability and success of the Program will be enhanced. The strategic plan calls for a network of renewable power generating units with a combined capacity of at least 2MW and other local value added processes including regional smelting. It is anticipated that within the first 5 years up to 200,000 non-mining livelihood and technical jobs will be developed by these series of programs. The mineral certification process is a comprehensive solution that relies on a unique, cost efficient combination of XRF technology, GIS, communications, local & regional mining expertise with other specialized proprietary technologies.
Our unique Socioeconomic Certification process includes solutions to provide “Conflict Minerals Free”, “Child Labor Free”, “Living Wage & Safety” with “Environmentally Responsible Sourcing” certification from the mine sites to the smelters and into finished products. Comprehensive and sustainable local development and compliance is a complex socioeconomic, political & multicultural dynamic. All of our strategies will focus on maximizing local value added content, employment, training, worker & mine safety, environment protection & scientifically supported transparency. Additional health care, basic education support and value added services will be added as conditions allow.
Our Socioeconomic Business Model is a new practical, FDI business strategy that combines increased profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility goals for global companies and investment fund. Our strategies bridge the cultural divide between FDI projects and local communities to foster sustainability and profitability goals for global companies and investment funds. Our Socio-Economic Resource Development Model (SERD) focuses on post-conflict and other resource rich developing countries that transforms operational inefficiencies, illegal financial flows, instability, the cultural effects of extreme poverty and corruption into a driving force for peace and stability to encourage the success of the FDI projects and the Millennium Development Goals and Africa Mining Vision.
