Chef Ryan holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and has been a Chef and Pastry Chef in New York, Phoenix, Memphis, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
This masterful pastry expert brings chocolates, advanced cake decorating, viennoiserie, and the entire portfolio of a seasoned pastry chef to New School of Cooking. She is a 2006 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and holds an Associates Degree in Restaurant Business Management and is Pastry Arts certified.
Dynamic, creative and highly engaged leader charged with driving the brand through innovative strategies. As the Director of Marketing and Brand Development Heather has maintained New School’s position on organic search through insightful SEO management and native advertising.
