As we continue to develop our franchise operations we move into Phase 2 Development of our Ninja Warrior/Martial Arts themed Residential Campground in Southern Oregon. Our research shows that there are more kids who want to go to camp (along with parents who what to send them) than there are camp spaces avail. The trend is toward “Specialty Camps” which can range in price from about $700 – $2400/week (5 nights). Our Ninja Warrior Specialty Camps will service 100 kids per week, over a 14 week season. Campers will pay about $1000/week.
Phase 3, beginning in year 2 is the development of Ninja Warrior Consumer Products for home use. First development will be an inflatable Warped Wall. After that the introduction of a “Base” foundation into which additional, interchangeable obstacles can be utilized.
In addition, in year 2 we will begin to develop and own the real estate that the Kids Ninja Warrior Franchisees are leasing.
That’s it… A Nutshell view of our next 3 years. After that it’s time to Sell the Company and Exit.
