Michael Amar is Co-Founder and CEO of Ifeelgoods. Amar has spent the last decade at the intersection of online media, retail and innovative technologies. Prior to founding Ifeelgoods, Michael founded and successfully sold DAOODA, a successful ad network in the EU, and AGORAD, which was the number one independent French media company at the time he sold it in 2007. As CEO of Ifeelgoods, Michael is leveraging his leadership, experience and insights in e-commerce and online advertising to grow the virtual goods industry, which he believes is the most significant innovation in online marketing since search. Michael is a graduate of Institut Superieur de Gestion business school.
Suchit Dash is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with publishers, solution providers and other key players in the digital goods and social media industries.
Suchit joined Ifeelgoods from PayPal where he was a product manager of PayPal Express Checkout. He was responsible for researching and developing best practices for PayPal by conducting multivariate testing, usability testing and analyzing web analytics through a variety of tools and vendors. Suchit’s work contributed to PayPal’s focus on improving sales and conversion for its merchant partners. His research on web optimization led to dramatic improvements on the PayPal user experience, ultimately bringing incremental revenue to merchants across verticals.
Suchit holds a BSE in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Northwestern University and currently resides in San Francisco, California.

Scott Silverman spent 10 years as Executive Director of Shop.org until August 2010. At Shop.org he grew the membership to 600+ members, launched and grew the Annual Summit from zero to a Fastest 50 trade show. He co-invented Cyber Monday in 2005 and conceptualized and launched Cybermonday.com in 2006 as a shopping site and business model that has generated more than $2.5 million for Shop.orgs scholarship fund.
Following Shop.org, he spent 18+ months as a member of the founding team of Ifeelgoods, which replaces traditional retail incentives with virtual currencies and digital goods. He successfully evangelized Ifeelgoods from zero awareness to being well-known in the ecommerce space. By the time he left, Ifeelgoods had 60+ clients including Gap, Walmart.com, Ice.com, FTD, Meijer, Shoebuy.com and 1-800-Flowers.com.

Stephane is the VP of Product at oDesk. He has more than 12 years of high-tech product and general management experience, including leadership roles at pioneering companies such as Fireclick, Zong, Work4Labs, and PayPal. Defining and leading PayPals consumer strategy, Kasriel achieved unprecedented growth for the company. He also helped guide Zong in their ascent and rapid acquisition by PayPal, and most recently worked as the COO of the social media recruiting platform Work4Labs.
From 2010 till 2012, Stephane was VP of sales and business development at Zong, where he built a 25+ person team from the ground up and helped grow the business from <$30M to >$250M over 2 years. Stephane was instrumental in selling the company to PayPal for $240M.
From 2004 to 2010, Stephane worked at PayPal, first growing its French business from 0 to $100M in 3 years and then in California, leading its consumer products division (a $500M+ business unit).
Jai joined Partech International in 2006 and focuses on early stage opportunities in Internet, Software and Mobile.
He has spent most of his career as a serial entrepreneur and early stage investor. Jai is currently a founder of Tekton Ventures, a seed stage venture fund focused on helping founders build and grow their early stage companies. Jai has invested in a number of companies at the seed stage including UserVoice, Coupang, TasteMakerX, EatClub, DoodleDeals(Plum District), Schoolfeed, etc. Jai was also a founder of PeerPong, a cloud-based semantic search company acquired by FormSpring.me in early 2011.
Prior to Partech, Jai was a partner with IGNITE Ventures, a $250M venture fund and advisory group with strategic limited partners from major Asia-based technology conglomerates. Jai has extensive experience advising and working with major Asia-based technology companies on new growth platforms, new business formation, joint venture, and M&A.
