GroupValet is a group and activity management system for organizations that have a roster and a vested interest in their members forming groups and doing things together. We provide a completely unique marketing opportunity for those organizations.
In 2012, Jeff converted an established site he built into GroupValet. Together with his partner Jonathan, they successfully integrated into 3 test country clubs – Fairview Country Club in Greenwich, CT., Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL., and Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, FL.
They saw immediate positive results. A 12-person women’s card group decided to try GroupValet. The group captain was reluctant because she wasn’t sure her members (who were all over 50, most over 60) would adapt to using technology. Within one month she more than doubled the size of her group to 25 women. The group members found GroupValet simple to use and the group captain had virtually no work to organize the games each week. This increase of group members lead to more women meeting for lunch and playing cards each week. This was added engagement and revenue for the club and best of all it was member-initiated.
They saw similar adoption at other clubs. Groups that grew by 50% or 60% were common. Members referred GroupValet to other members and to friends at other clubs. A tennis professional directly attributed his best year of revenue to the fact that he used GroupValet to notify his tennis members of weekly activities. The use of GroupValet was proving to increase engagement and revenue at clubs.
GroupValet is a group and activity management system that enables individuals and clubs to drastically reduce the time and work needed to manage groups.
Our system works for any organization that has a membership roster and has a vested interest in groups forming and doing activities with members from that roster. Some examples of organizations that can use GroupValet are country clubs, home/property owners’ associations, religious institutions, schools and townships.
For all these types of organizations, GroupValet can provide a simple and seamless solution for the members to create groups, find groups, create activities, manage schedules and improve communications. This benefits the parent organization by providing increased awareness and participation throughout the organization. In addition, GroupValet offers a unique marketing solution that is not available in any other system.
