Hempearth Group Ltd. cordially invites you to become a part of history! See what USA Today,The Toronto Star, The Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet, HIGH TIMES, and others are talking about. Be a part of history when the Hemp Plane takes off in 2017. Where will such a legendary flight take place you ask? Why what a better location of course, than the Birthplace of Aviation! The Wright Brothers Memorial located in historic Kitty Hawk, North Carolinawill be the site of this epic and monumental flight.
What is The World’s First Hemp Plane?
The Hemp Plane is not just another plane and no you can’t smoke it. You can fly high in the sky with it, though. Hemp is up to 10x stronger than fiberglass and leaves virtually a zero footprint on the environment. Hemp is one of the strongest most durable fibers on earth. With over25,000 applications it is also one of the most versatile fibers in the world as well.
From food, clothes, soaps, ropes, oils, and more, hemp truly is a super plant that can save the planet! Here are some really cool facts about Hemp that a lot of people don’t know. Test your knowledge on Hemp and see if you have heard of any of these five interesting hemp facts.
1. Henry Ford’s first Model-T car was built to run on hemp gasoline and partially constructed from hemp.
2. The first Bibles, maps, charts and American flag along with the first drafts of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were made from hemp.
3. All schoolbooks were made from hemp or flax paper until the 1880s.
4. It was legal to pay taxes with hemp in the United States from 1631 until the early 1800s.
5. U.S. Presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson both grew hemp.
Redesigning the skies and how the world flies Hempearth Group Ltd. invites you to be a part of history. By contributing to the Kickstarter campaign you are not only helping to make history possible but you are also supporting evolution! The process of evolution should be to make oneself and the world around one, a better place. The Hemp Plane can help to replace old outdated manufacturing methods that create an enormous environmental impact.
The Hemp Plane will be built using an existing design. Doing this helps to cut costs by eliminating the timely and expensive prototype phase. Utilizing a model that already works will assure that the Hemp Plane will take to the skies with 100% success when it comes time to fly. We’re taking everything on the plane that is currently made from fiberglass and other non-sustainable materials and replacing it with hemp products. When everything is said and done the Hemp Plane will be constructed from 75% Hemp or more!
This sleek, aerodynamic, twin-engine, four-seater Hemp Plane will have a cruising speed of over 200 mph. It will be powered across the skies by two biodiesel engines that run on none other than Hemp Bio-fuel. This amazing one of a kind aircraft will show the world a cleaner, greener and more environmentally friendly alternative to the current manufacturing products used in aviation today. The color of this modern marvel could be made into any color of choosing but will be the natural color of hemp to commemorate this historic aircraft.
People Make It Possible
The first ever Hemp Plane will be made possible by forward thinking, progressive visionaries like you. This effort is a group effort being made by a collective of people from around the world. Many different steps have put this historical event before you. Not only is this event happening in front of your very eyes you can also be part of this amazing piece of history in the making.
Redesigning the skies and how the world flies, Hempearth Group Ltd. invites you to become a part of history. By contributing to the Kickstarter campaign you are not only helping to make history possible, but you’re also becoming part of it while supporting evolution! The process of evolution should be to make oneself and the world around oneself, a better place. Hemp can do just that! The Hemp Plane can help to replace old outdated manufacturing methods that create an enormous environmental impact on the planet and give way to a new future for aviation.
You can help make this all possible with your contribution. No matter how big or how small it is every cent raised for this project is another cent closer to helping make history. To positively change the evolution of aviation history and help set the planet on a path to healing. When people see the Hemp Plane take to the skies, it will not only show them a new aircraft it will show the world a strong new building material with endless possibilities that has been here all along, just waiting to be rediscovered.
Hemp is truly a diverse plant that’s edible, buildable, sustainable and environmentally friendly. The world needs a change for the positive when it comes to manufacturing and building materials. We need a way to break our dependency on non-renewable resources. Hemp offers us just that. An option that helps to reduce the impact of humankind on Earth is here. It is just waiting for you to help bring it back to the masses.
The Hemp Plane project is an evolutionary advancement of society. It’s proof and acceptance will lead to a much-needed change in our day-to-day lives that is required for humanity to evolve. Building with hemp will help to reduce dangerous levels of carbon dioxide while creating stronger more durable structures for the future. Unlike traditional methods of building materials which become weaker over time, hempcrete gets stronger.
Hemp helps to remove dangerous carbons from our planet and can truly make the difference our world so desperately needs. Hemp can help end the use of millions of pounds of deadly pesticides. It produces food that is nutrient rich for people while also repairing soil as it grows. The Hemp Plane will help show the world all of this and more. Join us on the mission to bring awareness to Hemp and all the things it can help us to accomplish for the future of humankind. Tell your friends, family, and co-workers, tell everyone you know about The World’s First HempPlane! Together we can make history happen in North Carolina at the Wright Brothers Memorial in Kitty Hawk, again!
Check out the multiple levels in which you can contribute to this epic campaign and become part of history. Your name could be one of the names that fly across the sky on the Hemp Plane. Some great rewards come with contributing to history beyond the feeling you get. From amazing Hemp Aviator Glasses and Hemp T-shirts to Dinner with Derek Kesek and a VIP Package with all the perks, everyone can be a part of history by contributing to helping build the World’s first Hemp Plane!
Hempearth was founded by Derek Kesek in 2012 to create massive and exponential awareness for the amazing and benefits of Hemp, and in 2014, we decided to create something no one had ever done before. Derek has assembled a fantastic team who are extremely passionate about all things Hemp.

The World’s First Hemp Plane Production
The World’s First Hemp Plane will be built by Velocity, Inc. (Sebastian, Florida). Velocity, Inc. understands every step from design to direct fulfillment of finished aircraft.
The Hempearth Team and Velocity, Inc. teams began collaborating at the testing stage almost two years ago in Sebastian, Florida with Derek Kesek and Duane Swing, the CEO and founder of Velocity, Inc. After tests were completed and a signed manufacturing contract was in place, we worked closely with the Velocity, Inc. team to ensure The World’s First Hemp aircraft was designed for high quality, and high performance. The Velocity, Inc. team includes highly skilled aeronautical engineers, mold makers, machinists and composite experts with over 20 years of experience in aircraft building which reduces the risks and challenges tremendously.
Velocity Inc., was formed in 1984 by Danny Maher in Sebastian, Florida, to develop and market a new 4-seat canard aircraft, based upon the successful Long-EZ design. After the prototype flew in July 1985, several kits were sold and close contact was maintained with initial builders to get valuable feedback in areas where the design could be (and subsequently was) improved. The Velocity received rave reviews by all of the flying press, and the 173 “LW” (long wing) model went on to further enhance the Velocity design. Received rave reviews by all of the flying press, and the 173 “LW” (long wing) model went on to further enhance the Velocity design.
We believe that the risks described above are manageable, expecting a successful Kickstarter campaign.
