NEW YORK –The Klein Law Firm announces that a class action complaint has been filed on behalf of shareholders of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE:BMY) who purchased shares between January 27, 2015 and October 9, 2016. The action, which was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, alleges that the Company violated federal securities laws.

On August 5, 2016, Bristol-Myers revealed that its CheckMate-026 trial exploring the use of Opdivo (nivolumab) as monotherapy failed to meet its primary endpoint of progression-free survival.
