National manufactured home lender is offering an incentive to qualified applicants that finance a home purchase in North Carolina and Tennessee as part of its “Welcome Home” promotion*

Qualified applicants in North Carolina and Tennessee, who apply for a mortgage between May 1 and June 30 and close by Oct. 28, are eligible for a gift card toward a 50-inch HDTV after mortgage loan funding.*
