Bogged down by an endless array of daily tasks at work, at home, and on the road? You’re certainly not alone.
Think of our mobile-powered platform as the live replacement for Siri or Cortana: unlike other concierge solutions, virtually any task can be knocked off your list with just a few taps of the screen. Based on technology but backed by humans, our community-based gig marketplace provides added value to users by allowing for any task – from getting your dog walked to scheduling that crucial investor meeting – to be performed by either the gig owner or gig performer.
It’s about time for the world’s busy people to dominate that to-do list with Service Empire!
Nobody’s immune to having a hectic schedule these days. With instant gratification now the norm, the rat race is seemingly getting faster and crazier every day – causing us to postpone or just plain forget things on a regular basis. Prioritization has become a must – and no matter if you’ve gone digital or still rely on Post-It Notes, to-do lists are just never fully cleared up. Work meetings, home repairs, kids’ sports, and even dry cleaning are just a few of the many engagements that constantly occupy our minds.
Technology has found its place in recent years in efforts to lighten the load, especially on the business front. Businesses in multiple industries have begun providing personal concierge platforms to the valued users, in order to gain a competitive edge and create more efficient workflows. But despite the added convenience, these solutions are significantly limited in what they provide – serving only the specific needs of the company or helping with just one specific thing (a babysitting app only, for example).
Don’t you wish you had someone you could delegate to and help juggle everything – regardless of what it is? A free, all-encompassing digital personal assistant service just flat out doesn’t exist; to come close to tackling that entire to-do list, you’d have to use 10 different apps. For the sake of America’s people not pulling their hair out, it’s time for a better solution!
Whether you’re juggling daily tasks at work, have a hectic home life, or are just plain swamped every single day – your own personal digital assistant has finally arrived thanks to Service Empire. Our service matching solution was created to remove everything from your to-do list – not just one or two specific items – all from one comfortable mobile app platform. Best of all, we proudly boast the claim of being the world’s first free concierge service – giving users the ability to get anything they want, from the people they want, with nothing more than a simple tap.
Service Empire utilizes a community-based approach to bring users end-to-end concierge service at any time of day. At the center of the platform is a collaborative “gig marketplace” where anyone can post a task, gig, or job requirement with a price attached to it. From there, others can easily search through the gigs (via range and/or category) and respond to your posts. You get the help you need, while others earn a little extra income, on their own terms, for helping you out.
Our mission at Service Empire is crystal clear: we want every single user to feel like the most important person in the world. This is why we place such a huge emphasis on customer service – as giving nothing less than amazing service is the only way we’ll win users. Service Empire users can expect the same level of care they’d get at a 5-star hotel; if there’s something our community can’t deliver on, we will personally do everything we can to make it happen. The world is full of corporate giving and community service, so why not bring this same concept to its busy people? Our vision for the future is one of a digital community that makes anything possible – and does so free of charge. Taking this even further, we also see Service Empire evolving into the world’s first “social bank” – which everyone could use to handle transactions through our e-wallet and generate positive interest (rather than bank commissions).
What sets Service Empire apart from the other “pretender” concierge apps is that it’s truly full-service, thus eliminating the need for multiple apps. While virtually anything is possible, here are some of the more common things we see getting done over our platform:
Full management and scheduling of daily appointments/meetings;
Looking for area restaurant specials, and making dining reservations;
Finding a qualified neighborhood plumber to quickly fix a leak;
Seeing what popular attractions are in your given area;
Seeing customer reviews for a local dry cleaner;
Pre-purchasing movie tickets.
Just seconds after registering on Service Empire, you’ll be greeted with immediate relief from your hectic schedule thanks to our commitment to a friendly and seamless user experience. This starts right with the app’s main user interface, broken down into 4 main sections that feed into our gig marketplace:
1. Services – This is where Service Empire users can connect to thousands of qualified and available service pros. We utilize the most advanced marketplace technology to connect and bring everyone together, and walk you through every step of the process – from initial communication to transaction.
2. Dining – Here, users get all the best functionality from OpenTable from a new centralized dashboard. Whenever and wherever you have a dining reservation, Service Empire will make sure your table is ready and waiting.
3. Personal Assistant – Users also get access to their own live, human Personal Assistant to take care of their daily arrangements. This includes reminders, appointment scheduling, easy access to contact information, getting movie tickets, and more.
4. My Surroundings – This feature represents the quickest way to find, learn about, and choose places and businesses in your given area. Users can access information on hundreds of thousands of places, including address, phone, hours, and directions – and then let Service Empire take it from there. For example, you browsed for a kids playground and wanted to find out more details about it; or, to get pricing info. From within that page, you’d ask us to research it for you, and within minutes, you’ll get the requested info to your app.
Have a look at just a few more of the many features and benefits Service Empire delivers:
Extra income – Our service provider users can generate significant income by helping other users achieve tasks they can’t do by themselves. See a yard that needs to be mowed for $50? You’re just a few seconds away from lining your pockets. The entire process is fully automated and is being monitored by a live agent when prompted.
Provider dashboard – This easy-to-use feature allows service professionals to fully control the incoming requests, bid on them, perform the job, and get paid. It’s a great central resource that walks providers through every step of the process, safely and securely.
Multiple locations – Travel often? The My Surroundings feature automatically geolocates to the area you’re in, with business and attraction info updating too.
Transparent reviews – Users also get full access to all of a business’s reviews on the digital realm in order to make more informed decisions. This includes Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, and others.
Voice command – Featured right on the main user interface, our microphone button lets users ask anything and gain full voice control of the app. This includes all of the 4 main aspects of the platform, including the Personal Assistant.
We’re just getting started towards realizing our vision of becoming the world’s preeminent digital concierge service – but have cleared some important hurdles already. A full, market-ready version of the Service Empire app was launched to the masses just a couple weeks prior to this profile getting published. We’ve already secured a few dozen users, despite initiating no marketing efforts to date; but once funding is secured and marketing efforts are actually put into action, one can only imagine where user growth will go from there.
We’re also gaining quite the name for ourselves on the public realm thanks to a ton of positive reviews and testimonials. NewsWatch, a top technology review show on AMC Network, lauded Service Empire on May 15th, saying: “Watch out Siri and Alexa – there’s a new assistant in town and this one’s real.” They’ll be featuring us with even more positive press in the coming weeks; and, we’ve also had a press release picked up by a number of business-related websites.
In addition to kickstarting our marketing efforts, our future development will also be focused in another key area – geographic expansion. Featuring as many service providers and businesses on our app as possible is crucial to our solution, as we must give users the maximum amount of options. We intend to expedite growth using a county-wide franchise model, where franchise owners get rights to Service Empire and its revenue streams throughout an entire county. In turn, they’re responsible for all of their own marketing and sales efforts. As for product development, we’re focused mostly on the app’s core functionality at this point; but that being said, a new version of our app that includes a reverse-bid feature (the ability to ask others for help) will be available for download in the middle of May.
The Service Empire concept was born from the busy travel itineraries – and overly hectic schedules – of our Founders. Between dinner reservations, flight check-ins, and home repairs, both members of our visionary duo became easily frustrated when it came to balancing things out in their daily lives. Having put together very impressive careers in technology, they knew the functionality was there to create the ideal personal concierge platform – and decided to do something about it. They put their heads together, executed a few rewrites of the original MVP, and soon after, the Service Empire platform was born. Let’s meet the gentlemen responsible!
– With nearly two decades in the software development industry, Eli has unique insight into what it takes to build a memorable user experience. Nine of these years were spent as Founder and CTO of multiple successful companies of his own, ranging from 1 to 215 employees while generating over $50 million in annual revenue. He also served a stint at Mamram, the Israel Defense Force’s elite technology unit, which only made him more versatile. Eli’s business development, financial, and tech expertise are on display on a daily basis here at Service Empire.
David Rabi – The second half of our executive leadership duo has been managing over 200 employees for 6 years now in his current role. He also worked as a Risk Manager for online transactions for 3 years, providing us with a huge asset when it comes to Service Empire’s security. David has witnessed annual turnover of over $18 million under his management, and is the ideal startup business developer to team up with Eli.
