The DIY package allows a user to submit expenses by capturing an image of the expense, such as a receipt, and manually adding expense details before submitting. The Managed package allows a user to outsource the data entry to Kagazz who provide additional Quality Control. Kagazz have developed a host of features, and offer multiple services within a secure cloud based system.

They also believe that expenses should be controlled, analysed and approved as easily as possible for all involved, from the employee submission, to the manager’s approval, employee reimbursement and approval by a financial team.
