WinningAdvantage provides business coaching and consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses. We work with business owners and managers to develop their companies’ through all stages of the normal business life cycle; start-up, growth, maturity and decline. We provide coaching, consulting and hands-on engagements. These progressive levels of engagement are used to appropriately address current needs. The purpose of a business for the owner(s) is to achieve their defined results. Our aim is to provide a winning advantage to that owner to smooth and excel the process from entry through viability to exit.
We find that business owners start businesses with not only a desire to create income and wealth, but with a very unique vision of what their life and the lives of the company stakeholders will be like, relative to the business. In almost every case, we find that the company and lifestyle they envisioned is not what they are living. Our mission is to add that extra ingredient to enable them to realize that vision intelligently.

President Executive Officer
John has founded, grown and operated several businesses after graduating from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in Philadelphia, Pa in 1976. He has experience owning and operating a publishing business, regulatory compliance business, environmental transportation business and an environmental remediation business. His involvement with two of the businesses began at nominal sales volumes, and he was able to grow them respectively to over $5 million and $10 million in annual sales. John has been building two consulting businesses over the last 4 years; WinningAdvantage, Inc. and Environmental Business Consulting.
