A documentary film
CARE THROUGH MUSIC : A documentary film (52 minutes – HD)
The results of the latest scientific studies into the effects of music on our body and brain are staggering. Some researchers speak of music that heals. How does music improve the treatment of certain illnesses? In this documentary, I will aim to highlight the existence of new methods of non-medicinal treatments. In both a scientific and human manner, this documentary will bring together the testimonies of patients and practitioners who are involved in this therapeutic approach to alternative and complementary medicine.
Note d’intention :
From 5000 euros: The continuation of the shooting: This sum will make it possible to realize the main stage of the film: Turning, Interview, in France.
From 7500 euros: Continuation of shooting +++: This sum will make it possible to realize the second big stage of the film: Turning, Interview, in Canada.
From 12000 euros: Post-Production: This second level will finance the post-production (remuneration of the editor, calibrator for the images, Studio and sound engineer for the mixing of the audio, as well as the actress for the voiceover) and finally to pay a 3D graphic designer for the images of synthesis that will allow to better explain the correlations music and brain thanks to the images of synthesis. The documentary can then be ready to be distributed in the classic networks in French-speaking countries: DVD, TV channels, TNT, Cables, etc.
From 13500 euros: The international version: This third level will pay a translator and a professional subtitling studio to consider an international version with English subtitles (Veng) or even more. Indeed, new techniques of music therapy are even less known in some countries.
Beyond 13500 euros: Remuneration: The director can be remunerated for his two years of work on the project (writing, development, research …). He will then be able to continue writing a next documentary.
Mathieu Wilson, director for ten years, I created in 2014 my own production structure “Byron-Productions SARL” through which I made documentary films for TV, companies and digitale.
