Turn your desktop into a workshop. You can easily do 3D printing, laser engraving and CNC carving, starting at $99.
3D printers are amazing. Unfortunately, they used to be hulking, complicated, expensive, and with limited functions. We’ve been hearing about and experiencing the pain of setting up the difficult-to-use DIY 3D printer kit and being limited by the standard plug-and-play 3D printer. We are hoping to change that. So we came up with an idea: create an all-metal 3D printer, which is easy-to-use for beginners, expandable for makers, and truly affordable for everyone. That’s why we designed Mag Creator to be all-metal and all-in-one.
With so many 3D printer options, it can be difficult to decide on the right model. Luckily, MAG Creator makes the choice easy by combining 3D printing, CNC carving, laser engraving, and more modular functions. It is the only 3D printer you will ever need – for work or at home.
The Right Choice for Everyone
Unlimited, elegant, and simple — MAG is the right choice for everyone because it is simple to set up, elegantly designed, and has an unlimited capacity for expansion. In addition to the basic FFF (fused filament fabrication) 3D printing, MAG is equipped with a built-in 3D System and supports an ever-increasing array of interchangeable modules. MAG is the everything 3D printer that grows with you— meeting not only your 3D printing needs today, but also of all your tomorrows.
With MAG’s modular design, customizing your MAG experience to meet your specific needs is a cinch. Modules come with effortless interchangeability–no tools needed.
MAG’s 3D printer uses high resolution stepper motors to print objects of stunning quality including a dual extruder, . The 3D printer comes with REAL auto-bed leveling that enable printing with precision at top speed while minimizing the risk of malfunction due to Calibration problems. You Dont need to think about calibrating your 3d printer any more!
Personalize your creation with MAG’s laser engraver. MAG’s first interchangeable module is a 200mW laser head that allows you to take your creativity to the next level.
Personalize your creation with MAG’s CNC Carving. MAG’s second interchangeable module is a high speed CNC routing head that allows you to take your creativity to the next level.
Personalize your creation with MAG’s Magic Plotter. MAG’s third interchangeable module is a Plotter head that allows you to take your creativity to the next level.
The laser engraving module, CNC carving, Plotter are only the beginning. Many other modules are under development, a ceramics extruder, and a pastry extruder (for chocolate, jam, and many other edibles).
MAG has an open module SDK. Besides developing our own new modules, we have also invited other talented engineers to create more modules and to share their ideas with the user community. We are collaborating with several promising startups to develop innovative toolheads for special materials and applications!
MAG is the most elegant 3D printer on the market. Enjoy watching your creativity take center stage!
MAG is extremely compact. Unruly wires are hidden from sight. Its elegant look fits any setting or decor. It is small enough to blend in with your living space but large enough to satisfy your creativity.
MAG is not only just another gadget – it will change how you see the world. Imagine this: you want to prepare a special gift for your significant other. She adores chocolate – and cats. If only you could give her a chocolate cat. With MAG, you can! Simply choose an cat model from the open source files or scan your own model, swap in the chocolate-printing module, and press print! Why settle for a generic gift when you can customize the perfect present every time?
Go from unboxing to printing in just a few minutes. MAG is built with several easy-to-assemble modular components. When MAG needs repair, just replace specific parts instead of the entire machine.
MAG was built from scratch. We gathered the team and each member wrote down all the functions and capabilities we wanted in MAG. Some were attainable while some were just fantasy, but that’s where our dream started. We took the best parts of open source designs and infused them with our own ideas. Our dream took shape with the interchangeable modules, and seamless integration of software and hardware. We have been through 4 different prototype versions and built over 50 working units. We showcased our creation at Rome Maker Fair . We are now ready to take the next step of mass production.
Malak was born and raised to be an entrepreneur. He believes that we are Born to Create, and he isn’t afraid to challenge established ideas. He is the mind behind MAG ICreatum’s groundbreaking technologies and the muscle that has brought them to market. Malak worked as a Management engineer and product designer before starting MAG ICreatum. He now has a vision for the future of 3D Systems technology and the know-how to realize it.
is a support organization held in Vicenza, Italy that helps entrepreneurs bring innovative technologies to market. A passionate team Mrs. Valeria Gentileschi,Dr. Paolo Bellieni and Mr. Armando Gentileschi, they have supported us since day one. They are the minds behind creating all the investemnts needed for bringing MAG ICreatum to final product. Before we met Zaccheo Bellieni, our prototype was held together with tape and popsicle sticks. If you have an idea, talk to them!
MAG has the potential to make innovation accessible, and we still have many more technologies we look forward to developing. But we can’t do it alone. In the age of Kickstarter, YOU have the power to decide which technologies become realized. With MAG, we want to return the favor by giving you the power to create.
Thank you for your support!
As with any project, we face challenges of manufacturing. We not only have a passion for product design, but also have work experience in engineering and manufacturing. From design to iterative prototyping, we’ve taken almost all possible obstacles into consideration and found solutions to ensure high quality and fast production. As you can see from the prototype we made, the design of MAG ICreatum has been perfectly verified. Next, we will verify the manufacturability of our design. We are confident in our final prototype since we built it with production processes in mind.
In March, we have ordered components of MAG ICreatum and are going to run a small batch production for testing and quality control. To be well prepared for mass production of MAG ICreatum, we have been working on manufacturing since late last year. Most of our suppliers have been already selected, but a few more need to be evaluated in greater depth. After several times back and forth communications with suppliers, we have chosen over 90% of our printer’s components. Though it still takes time for collaboration with suppliers, we think that we can handle mass production since we have established relationships with our manufacturing suppliers. Moreover, we will be able to know any problem immediately and go to manufacturing factory in person when any issue happens. Our software development will run in parallel with our manufacturing efforts. Some stuff of the design may change due to mass production process.
We’re ready to start the mass production as soon as the campaign ends and will notify backers of the estimated delivery date. We are committed to providing support and always ready should you ever need us.
