A loan of $3,100 helps a member to send money for their families back in the Philippine.

Perlita2 Group’s story

Perlita2 is a group consisting of four Filipino women who came to Lebanon in order to provide for their families back in the Philippines through their work as domestic workers.

Regina, the woman on the far left side of the photo, is the featured borrower of this group. She is a 42-year-old married mother of three who she had to leave so she would be able to provide them with a better life through her work in Lebanon. Regina wishes to use this group loan in order to send an amount of money to her family to help them with their increasing house expenses.

Next to Regina, there is Michelle, then Joylen and then Delia, who is wearing grey.
