30K computes the frequent flyers miles and benefits (such as upgradable fares, eligible free luggage, lounge access, etc) of the top 55 frequent flyer programs in the world, covering 95 airlines and close to 95% of the global frequent flyer population (more than 500 million). Flight search sites integrate the solutions via API and include it in their flight results.
Our products personalize the search results and travelers would be able to identify which fares contain what matter to them, while flight search sites and airlines are able to sell more profitable fares and gain deep intel on the travelers’ and their frequent flyer affiliations.
We earn money 1) per API response to provide the mileage and loyalty data to the flight search site, 2) from connecting the frequent flyer accounts of users to the flight search, 3) from referring new frequent flyers to the programs, 4) from revenue sharing premiums for upselling users to a better fare, 5) from successful conversions of airline initiated traveler targeting campaigns, 6) from selling data to airlines on their frequent flyers’ behavior on third party sites.
The tech is proprietary and three years old. We are a Delaware C-corp with our tech team is based in Minsk and our operations team is based in the Philippines.
