The Flip Book Animation Kit will give you everything you need to make your own animated flip book cartoons!
About me: I fell in love with animation as a kid, and I’ve been animating ever since. I animated on the movies ParaNorman, The BoxTrolls, and Kubo and the Two Strings. One of my favorite types of animation (and one of the ways I learned to animate) is flip book cartoons.

I love how simple flip books are–you don’t need a computer, TV, or app–you just flip the paper and get to see your drawing come to life right in front of your eyes.
Become a backer by pledging to this project and receive your own kit plus extras!
Note that the Light Pad pictured here is a prototype, and the final version may vary in appearance, due to design improvements–All for the better of course!

We are working to find a good option for international fulfillment. If you are located outside the U.S., please back us at the $1 “Watch and Wait” pledge level. This will allow you to receive all of our updates and keep you informed of international shipping options, whether that becomes available during or after the campaign ends. Shipping costs from the U.S. to other countries are very high for our kit, so for the time being shipping is limited to U.S. addresses. If there is enough demand internationally, we will certainly find a solution to open up international shipping fulfillment. You can upgrade your pledge at any time time during the campaign.
Notes:
*The exact number of sheets in each paper pack may be subject to change, depending on final packaging and binding screw height. All items pictured in the kit are prototypes and may vary in final production.
No Kickstarter project can 100% guarantee success, including ours. That said, we previously ran a successful Kickstarter project, manufactured our product and got it into the market. We learned an incredible amount along the way, overcame numerous challenges, and we now have solid expectations and experience. While there are always risks, challenges and unexpected hurdles, this project is significantly less complicated than our previous project, and we can’t wait to get into production!
