Bubble& has reinvented the British classic Bubble and Squeak. Having sold its award-winning food for over two years at festivals, markets and private events. The company has developed a loyal following and is now looking to open its first 45-seater restaurant.
After sell-out markets, festivals and private events, Bubble& is thrilled to be seeking investment for a 45-seater restaurant in the vibrant Southsea area of Portsmouth.

First appearing in the mid 18th century, bubble & squeak is ingrained in British tradition. Bubble& has elevated this traditional fayre and created award-winning gourmet dishes, which are all gluten-free.
Our food creations include:
Bubble& Lamb with organic Rother Valley lamb, caper & chive bubble, rosemary carrot puree, broad beans, caramelised onions & shallot crisps.
Bubble& Hake with crispy skin hake, lemon thyme fennel bubble, braised baby gem & samphire.
We’ve been serving our bubble & squeaks for the past 2.5 years at some of the most well-regarded markets & festivals in the UK including Shepherds Markets, Hampshire Farmers’ Markets and Abergavenny Food Festival. We’ve inspired 2-Michelin starred chef Mark Froydenlund on The Great British Menu and our customers describe our food as “Best thing I’ve eaten in my entire life”, “Life-changing” and “Stunning food!”
