Francisca is 26 years old. She lives with her husband and their three school-aged children in the small town of Corazón de Jesús, Tabaconas, Peru.
From a very young age, she learned agricultural work from her father. She now has 1.5 hectares of coffee. The loan will help Francisca to plant a new parcel of coffee, with her husband’s help and their desire to get ahead.
Francisca wants be able to educate her 3 children, and this is why she wants to expand her coffee farm. She is grateful to Norandio for giving her an opportunity through this first loan and she is thankful to the Kiva lenders for trusting in her.
