We want to increase the production of biodynamic and organic grown vegetables, herbs and flowers on our acre of organic land.
We want to increase the production of biodynamic and organic grown vegetables, herbs and flowers on our acre of organic land in rural Perthshire for sale and consumption by local communities.
We also want to promote an understanding of innovative, biodynamic methods and provide vulnerable people in our community with the skills, support and space to train, volunteer and work.
In the process we are creating a beautiful and peaceful space for local people to be and tourists to visit.
We are committed to helping our local communities to eat well and to have a choice in the fresh food they can buy locally as well as promoting biodynamic gardening as an environmentally sound choice, ‘chemical free’, for land and garden
We are an entirely voluntary group who since May 2014 have nurtured and converted an acre of donated land in Camserney, Perthshire to a vibrant biodynamic garden growing vegetables, herbs and flowers.
We have successfully fundraised to erect fences and infrastructure, a shed, polytunnel and to buy some tools.
We have found markets for our produce through the Aberfeldy Farmers markets, Tayside Food and Drink Festival and the local Delicatessen and have also been asked to provide a vegetable box scheme.
We have also provided volunteering opportunities for people from Corbenic Camphill Community, the Wellbeing Support Team, individual disabled people and delivered three workshops on Biodynamic Preparation.
