Cristo Rey Group’s story
This group consists of 17 women from the city of San Ignacio. They are unified and supportive of one another as they work together in their activities. In addition, they say that they are satisfied and feel the support offered by the Women’s Committee Program. This gives them the ability to increase their income and become more independent.
Sra. Celsa is the president of the group. She has children and is striving on their behalf so that they can have better living conditions and lack nothing. Celsa says that she has been working from a young age, so she is not afraid of challenges and always tries to do her best so that she can grow.
Celsa is requesting a loan in order to buy various products to sell such as beverages, food products, vegetables, fruits, and other items. She appreciates the opportunity to improve her living conditions and those of her loved ones.
