Rocky Mountain High Brands Moves to the OTCQB and Launches New Websites

DALLAS — Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTCQB:RMHB), a fully reporting consumer goods company specializing in brand development of health conscious, hemp-infused food and beverage products and high alkaline water, announced today that it moved yesterday to the OTCQB marketplace.

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, “Rocky Mountain High Brands set into motion a plan over two years ago to become a fully reporting SEC company and to step up from the OTC Pink Marketplace to the OTCQB.  Yesterday, we achieved that milestone on our Company’s development. We believe that the upgrade in OTC market tier will improve investor confidence while enriching the overall trading experience for all investors. An additional benefit of becoming a fully reporting company is that we believe it will attract institutional investors and open the door for commercial funding. This is a very exciting accomplishment for Rocky Mountain High Brands. Our next goal is to join the third-largest stock exchange, NYSE MKT (formerly the American Stock Exchange) by the end of 2017.”

  • LiveRockyMountainHigh.com – To better support our customers, we’ve developed a consumer-oriented website dedicated to celebrating the Rocky Mountain High lifestyle, with updated branding, more in-depth product information, a new blog, and an online store where products will be available for purchase.
  • RockyMountainHighBrands.com – Our current domain, RockyMountainHighBrands.com, has been repurposed and redesigned as a corporate website, featuring updated branding, a news feed, media room, corporate information (including our story, mission, vision, etc.), investor resources, leadership bios, and links to our individual branded websites.
  • EagleSpiritWater.Com – Through a business alliance with the descendants of the last Comanche Eagle Doctor, Mary Sanapia Poafbybitty, we developed a new consumer-oriented website to support our recently-introduced naturally high-alkaline (7.5pH) Eagle Spirit Spring Water brand.
